Light streams into every corner of this two-bedroom apartment. And when the sun sinks behind the Rockies, industrial chic lighting, custom decor and plenty of seating make The Utica perfect for relaxing, sipping and enjoying each other’s company.

The Space:
Welcome to two-bedroom perfection in Denver’s historic Berkeley neighborhood. Both rooms have queen beds highlighted by handmade wood accent art! A unique apartment for a unique location, The Utica is your Mile-High dream come true.


Before you drop your bags in one of the luxurious bedrooms, take in the fully stocked kitchen and linger in the hand-designed lounge area. A couch is perfectly situated near a lovely window and across from the Smart TV, which is set up for streaming. Bar seating for four and a comfy chair invite you to relax, share a laugh and make some memories!

Whether you’re addicted to your morning shower, or need to relax after a day of bike rides, craft beers and urban exploration, the bathroom with its gorgeous state-of-the-art features is an ideal place to take a few moments for yourself. Did you forget something? Boutique toiletries are provided!

We’ve thought of everything, so just bring yourself and your itinerary -- The Utica is your new favorite home base for Denver and the Front Range.

Welcome to Historic Berkeley! Right outside your room is Tennyson Street, the beating heart of Denver’s most desirable neighborhood. Walk to a craft brewery -- we recommend Call to Arms -- sip wine at a bookstore, or laptop with the locals at a chic coffee shop. And pizza ‘til you drop at Fat Sully’s and Hops & Pie! Prefer to cook? Natural Grocers is a few blocks south of The Asher. Downtown, the RiNo Arts District, LoHi and the Rocky Mountain foothills are all within easy reach.

Looking for a unique dining experience? Hey Kiddo and Ok Yeah, located on the third floor of The Asher are the perfect destination for a unique and memorable dining and drinking experience. The restaurant offers a one of a kind concept that sets it apart from traditional restaurants. The menu is focused but powerful, showcasing flavors from all over the world. You can expect true American cuisines served with a playful twist.

If you are in the mood for a drink, the intimate vibe of Ok Yeah, the speak-easy style bar is perfect for you. With no cocktail menu, the skilled bartenders can create a drink based on your preferences and mood. They hand carve ice cubes from a large ice block, ensuring your drink is crafted to perfection.

Getting Around:
Tennyson Street is incredibly walkable, and we highly recommend strolling the tree-lined avenue and taking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for B-Cycles, Denver’s ubiquitous rental bikes, as well! North of The Asher is I-70, the city’s main East-West artery. If you rented a car, hop on I-70 West to get to the mountains. East will take you to downtown, City Park, I-25, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those without a car. Enjoy exploring our beautiful city!

We are excited to announce the opening of Hey Kiddo, a highly renowned fusion restaurant on the third floor of The Asher Hotel. This new dining experience is sure to enhance your stay with us, offering delicious food and an inviting atmosphere.

Please be advised that some noise may be heard from the hotel rooms located below the restaurant during evening hours while the restaurant is in operation. These hours are from 5pm-12am. We are working with engineers to mute any noise from the restaurant in the future. Until the improvements to the building are made, we provide noise cancelling machines and ear plugs in each room of the hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Overnight stay

We came into Denver for a concert at the Oriental. The location of the property to the venue was ideal. The beds were comfy and not a lot of street noise can be heard from the rooms. The parking for the property was not ideal. There are not any allocated spots for visitors and hourly parking along all the streets surrounding it. With that said, we will definitely utilize the property again! .

Accurate listing and great location

Great location in the Berkeley neighborhood. Very easy to access the building and unit. Unit was just as described. Cleaners didn’t leave any toilet paper or refill soaps but the hosts were very prompt in their response.

Great location, clean, responsive hosts

We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a park for the kids. Bus into downtown Denver picks you up at the end of the road. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

Great location! Great VRBO!

Location: The neighborhood was great. Lots of shops/restaurants/bars working walking distance. Lots of options from Thai to bbq to Italian to pizza. Something for everyone. I was mildly concerned about parking as there is only on-street parking available. I did not have any issues finding a good, close parking space. The only issue was that most of the close parking is 2 hrs max from 8-8. This didn’t present us a problem as we were generally out and about. The space: access with keypads and electronic locks. Had no issues at all. TVs in each bedroom and in the “living room” all with Netflix. Lovely bathroom. The shower has good water pressure. The kitchen has a few pots/pans/dishes. Fine for cooking something small. I wouldn’t wanted to try to cook a giant meal or anything, but perfect for our trip. There is a small fridge that was the perfect size for the two of us. My only (and it is minor) complaint would be that there is no freezer or ice available. The space and location were perfect for our trip and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Love the location being right in the Tennyson restaurant area and only a few minutes from our daughter at Regis university. Very nice accommodations. Only thing that would be helpful is a washer dryer for longer stays
