The Space:
Outside, the mansion truly comes to life. The expansive patio area features a large swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The lush gardens provide a peaceful retreat, with comfortable seating areas where you can relax and take in the serenity of your surroundings. There is also a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals with your loved ones.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Buzios offers an array of activities and attractions. From stunning beaches and water sports to vibrant nightlife and charming boutiques, there is something for everyone. After a day of exploring, you can retreat to the comfort of your mansion and unwind in style.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
The house operates with staff, payment as an extra.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for Building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 people per day. Maximum time to enter the house is at 9pm.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1600 penalty if we need to empty it to clean it)
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
