Welcome to The 'After Dune Delight'. Its sure to Suprise and Delight you.
3 bedrooms two toilets one bathroom. All you need with the iconic white sands of Papamoa Beach and surperb location to supermarkets, the Warehouse, Mitre10, Food court, chemists, petrol station and the relaxed dining experience with the friendly people of Papamoa . The atmosphere and ease of this property, are quiet and relaxing. From luxury linens through to the relaxing flow of the house, you will enjoy this little piece of paradise. The kitchen is slightly retro, but fully stocked with spices, coffee and little surprises.
A barbecue on the deck, listening to old tunes on the record player, sitting around the surfboard bar, playing darts. enjoying the solar outdoor shower., allowing your pets and /kids to run around a safe fully fenced property.
Inside, there are some favorite movies on Dvd, or use Chrome to watch your own Netflix. With Fast wifi connection you can also work from home while enjoying this wonderful location and allow your family to have a holiday. In the middle of it all, with the quiet peacefulness of the good old kiwi type batches.

Amazing Stay!

The property was exactly as listed but better. Actually fully fenced for the dogs and so close to the beach. Everything we needed and comfortable beds. Easy walk to the beach or shops. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Property is in a great location (a close walk to the beach, shops and eateries). The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Was great for our two small dogs as well and we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were welcomed with a personalized note and a list of ideas of where to eat and what to do in the area, as well as a little gift basket of treats. The house is well set up for a family. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and it was wonderful to have two little boogie boards for the kids to use. The house is light and bright with the ability to let in a lot of fresh air.

Great family summer break

The property was in a great location with a short walk to beach and to the shops. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The weather was not great for a few days but we were able to relax inside and go for some rainy walks around the ponds area and also a few competitive games of darts!

Fully fence and close to the beach

It is great to have a fully fenced when we took dog along so we know we could let her out the house safely. Walking distance to the beach but unfortunately beach directly near the properly is close to surf life club hence dog is not allowed there.

Long weekend in the sun

Our whānau had the most wonderful stay, we were comfortable and enjoyed all the property had to offer. The black board with recommendations was great, the children enjoyed the ice blocks provided which was so lovely. We spent every day at the beach with our 3 daughters, swimming and boogie boarding, less then a 5 minute walk to the beach, the mall was walking distance also and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a perfect way to rinse off all the sand. Highly recommend, we had a great time.

Close to supermarket, malls, cafes and beach. The teenagers had plenty to do. I also loved that our wee dog could accompany us.

We live close to Papamoa Beach and love the life here. 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren, also with great grandma living with us. We are Family focused with an outlook of fun and opportunity.
Both of us were raised on nz farms, so are practical down to earth and easily approachable.
