The house is in a central location in Gerroa. The Gerroa Bat Fisherman’s Club and the Blue Swimmer Restaurants and Café and the General Store are all within short walking distance. You can eat out and walk home.

Luxurious, contemporary, and stylish house with open plan layout and three levels.
Sheets, pillows, donnas, linen, and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Configuration – Beach Bliss is a spacious split-level home. Downstairs you will find a king bedroom and powder room. Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which boasts stunning views of Seven Mile Beach. Down the hall is the large master bedroom, with a king bed, Ensuite and Juliette balcony. There are two more bedrooms, one made up as singles and the other a king. There is also a bathroom, power room and laundry.
Bedding Configuration – Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be made into one king bed per room, or two singles per room. The default configuration is bedroom 2 as singles and bedroom 3 as a king. If you would like this changed please let us know at the time of making your booking.
Heating and cooling – Beach Bliss has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area for year-round comfort. You will also find ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. All the windows and doors have fly screens allowing you to catch the breeze.
Outdoors – Beach Bliss has great outdoor options. The large front deck is the perfect spot to relax on the outdoor lounge and enjoy views of Seven Mile Beach and Coolangatta Mountain. There is a second outdoor space off the dining area with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and opening and closing roof that can be utilised no matter what the weather is doing. There is also a small, grassed backyard.
Laundry - Internal laundry, fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is an outdoor clothesline and pegs.
Parking - Beach Bliss has parking for 3 cars. There is a double garage and a carport bay for smaller cars. No parking in the shared driveway at any time as the property is located at the rear. Internal access from garage to house
Smoking – is not permitted inside any areas of Beach Bliss. Please restrict smoking to the front of the driveway and dispose of any cigarette butts in the bin.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to the number of stairs throughout. The owners do not take responsibility for injuries that may occur to small children at their property.
This property is rated to sleep 8 guests. No mattresses, porta cots, highchairs, tents, caravans or more than 3 cars are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and 6 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to mid January
