Located on the beautiful North End of Anna Maria Island, Mermaids & Manatees is the perfect vacation home for living your best AMI Life! Slide into your flip flops and head to the beach at Bean Point, take a quick stroll over to Bayfront Park and the AMI City Pier, and enjoy the proximity to the shopping and dining on Pine Ave.
The main living space includes kitchen, dining and family rooms. Take a seat on the comfortable couch or oversize chairs surrounding a coffee table and entertainment center with flat screen TV. The kitchen is perfect for preparing and a home-cooked meal. The peninsula bar seats four and the dining table has seating for six. The multiple windows and glass-paneled doors of the Florida room invite the natural light in. This second living room includes a murphy bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle.
The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom and the guest room includes a queen bed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the best of outdoor living! Lounge in a rocking chair on the front porch or poolside in the backyard surrounded by tropical landscaping. The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool.
The poolside patio area hosts a dining table with an umbrella for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill. Bring the boat! Our home is located on a canal and includes boat docking capability and a launching pad for kayaks. You can also enjoy the peacefulness of sitting on the dock watching for seabirds and manatees. You may be lucky enough to spot a dolphin!
Mermaids and Manatees is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit
Mermaids and Manatees is easy walking distance to Pine Ave, Bean Point, Bayfront Park, and the Ciity Pier where you can catch the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. Additionally, the entrance to the canal has a bridge that may have limited access during high tide. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

VRBO BOOKINGS
Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.
The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
