Larry's Lazy Susan wurde kürzlich von mir selbst um einen Architekten erweitert und renoviert, um Ihnen ein entspanntes Zuhause zu bieten, um die Schönheit und die wunderbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge des Atlantischen Ozeans zu erleben.

Ihre Familie wird Larry's Lazy Susan eine friedliche Lazy Flucht in unserem Strandhaus nur eine kurze Fahrt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golf, Angeln und anderen Aktivitäten genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer Nebenstraße abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade zum Joggen und Radfahren. Sie werden sich fühlen, als ob Sie buchstäblich mit nur ein paar Schritten am Strand sind, KOMMEN SIE, WIE SIE SCHLIESSEN !!

Larry's Lazy Susan hat zwei wunderschöne Ocean Decks für Ihre Familie und Freunde zu genießen. Ein intimes Oberdeck ermöglicht Ihnen einen Panoramablick auf die Strände darunter. Genießen Sie es, hier zu sitzen und sich in der warmen Sonne von Carolina zu entspannen. Das Unterdeck bietet einen kühleren, schattigen Rückzugsort, an dem Sie sitzen können, während Sie Ihren Kindern beim Spielen im Sand zusehen.

Bringen Sie Ihre Angelruten mit und probieren Sie das Surf-Angeln aus, Sie können etwas tolles zum Abendessen fangen! Unser Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Gäste mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern.

Larry Lazy Susan ist eine kurze Fahrt in die Innenstadt (ca. (5 Meilen)

Ein typischer Tag für uns ist der Morgenkaffee auf dem Ozean-Deck, auf dem die Krabbenkutter direkt vor der Küste stehen, die ihre Netze ziehen, die Vögel, die hinter der Fütterung auf der linken Seite über Garnelen und Fische strömen. Die hinterrückenden Delfine und die Pelikane schwimmen in Formation entlang der Küste.

Nach einem Strandspaziergang auf der Suche nach Muscheln und Haifischzähnen, entschließen wir uns, unsere Liegestühle und den Sonnenschirm für einen Tag zum Sonnenbaden und Schwimmen in der Brandung aufzustellen. Wir machen eine Pause, um Strandspiele, Volleyball und Drachenfliegen zu spielen.

Nach einem spaßigen Strandtag und wenn die Sonne auf der gesunden Seite untergeht, bietet sich eine schöne Aussicht von den drei Decks auf der Straßenseite. Nach dem Abendessen in der Küche, die einen Blick auf den Ozean und den Klang bietet, hat das Esszimmer mit Platz für 8 an einem quadratischen Tisch einen herrlichen Blick auf die untergehende Sonne über den Ton, der Frühstücks- / Essbereich verfügt über Meerblick Platz 6 an einem rechteckigen Tisch, wo Sie die Meeresbrise genießen können. Mit diesem Essbereich, der sich außerhalb des Wohnzimmers befindet, können die Spieler in der Familie Spiele spielen, Puzzles zusammenstellen!

Die Küche hat auch eine Bar für drei Personen auf Barhockern, wo die Familie bei der Vorbereitung des Abendessens mitmachen kann.

Wonderful Location

This is almost a home away from home for us, we love to come back every year to relax and recharge. It's so nice to be able to walk out and watch the sun rise, then to watch the changes in the water from early morning thru evening. The house is perfectly situated, not in a crowded area but with just enough people around to say hello.

Best Christmas Vacation

This was our family's 12th year spending Christmas at the NC coastal islands. Larry's Lazy Susan is one of our favorite places thus far. The spacious kitchen allows for numerous people to gather and is fully stocked for the avid cook .The open floor plan of the common areas, is perfect for the whole family to hang out without feeling cramped. The view is one of the best on the island. The fresh/creative decor is sure to leave a smile on your face. The elevator is a huge help with getting your luggage upstairs. The owner of the property is attentive and available for any questions/ concerns you may have. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Holiday Family Gathering at the Beach

Perfect property for our holiday family gathering including fur family members! Host instructions and Lockbox keys provided easy access for group members arriving at different times. Floorplan layout (in pictures) was excellent. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The elevator and ramp provided excellent access for those needing a little extra help. Kitchen/Dining area worked well for our group of 7. Top floor balcony with beachfront views and seating area was a favorite spot! The Host was very responsive. The rental bed and bath linens were delivered as scheduled.

We had a wonderful getaway in this beautiful home on the oceanfront. I watched a sunrise unfold from the balcony and took walks on the beach with barely anyone out as far as I could see. When I had questions, the owner was very quick to respond. I would have no reservation about returning to this very house and hope that I can.

Thanksgiving at the Lazy Susan

This was our second trip to the Lazy Susan and we had a wonderful time. The beach house is perfect for a large or extended family with the 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and ample space. We easily prepared our Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. While it was late November, the beach is beautiful and our grandchildren enjoyed playing there. And of course the views! Want to read a book, go upstairs to the little den overlooking the beach or sit out on one of the two decks. We'll be back!

Simply Awesome!

This was our third visit to Larry’s Lazy Susan and we are already looking forward to returning next year for our fourth visit! We cannot say enough. The home is perfectly located in North Topsail Beach. It offers everything to make a small or large family/families feel very comfortable. The elevator is perfect for loading, unloading, and for people who are getting up there and have a harder time with stairs. The family room is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Oh, and of course, the beach! What a beautiful beach for walking, swimming, fishing, or just hanging out. We didn’t need a thing, but it’s great to know that Larry is very responsive if any needs arise. Two quick food recommendations: Maine Lobstah Shack in Surf City is outstanding. Also, it’s a little further south, but Lewis Seafood/Lewis Seafood Shack are amazing. Thanks again to Larry and his family for making their home available to renters!

Vacay by the sea 2013

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Larry’s Lazy Susan. Our ages range from 90 to 2 months and the home was perfect for us all. Staying oceanfront was superb with the children running back and forth multiple times a day from the beach to the house. We are foodies and the kitchen was very well appointed ! only wish we could book for next summer but she is already full :)

This was our fourth stay at this beach house. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and there was plenty of room for family dinners. Beds were comfortable. The beach is steps away and was easy to take our chairs and raft to the ocean. We booked again for next year.

Comfortable family home right on the water!

We absolutely love staying at Larry’s Lazy Susan on North Topsail Beach! We have been staying here for several years now, and plan to come back again next year. Your property accomodated our family wonderfully. The elevator was very helpful in unloading. Great to have a table that we all fit around and plenty of dishes. We got great use out of the crockpots. Couldn't have had a better access to the pristine beach. Love the outdoor shower facility. Thanks for sharing. Great location and cozy accommodations.

This was our second year at Larry's Lazy Susan and just like our first stay we loved it. It's hard to imagine finding a place closer to the water. The views are amazing and the sunrises are jaw dropping. If you cook you will find nearly everything you need to prepare meals for large groups. The elevator is great for folks who need some extra assistance or simply unloading and loading the "truckster". Larry is a great host and has never failed to respond within minutes if not under a minute when information or assistance is requested. Already booked for next year.

2nd Stay and Still Loving It!

Larry’s Lazy Susan is our all-time favorite beach house. It provides a comfortable space for our family (including my 90 year old mother and our yorkies). The elevator, alone, makes the stay super easy. And the fact that we can bring along the family pet makes it the perfect place for us. Amenities abound in this spacious home just steps from the sand. Lots of windows give great views of the ocean. The spacious kitchen has every appliance you will need and plenty of dishes, pots and pans to fed your hungry crew. This is officially our go to place when visiting Topsail Island. We are already planning next year’s stay!

This is a repeat destination for us, this house is great! Right on the beach, so peaceful to sit on the deck and the beach to just relax and let the stress go.

Beautiful location very clean.

Quiet location. Beautiful beach. Home was comfortable and clean. Owners very good to deal with. We brought our standard poodles they loved the home and beach. Elevator is a life saver to bring in luggage. Will recommend it and will definitely rent again.

I am a self employed architect in Virginia, which has been very beneficial with our great beach house since we have renovated and added additional rooms in 2011. Susan and I have six children that were all young when we purchased the house. The house was perfect for our family but now that our family has grown, we expanded and renovated to provide more room. Additional renovations now completed after hurricane Florence with many improvements.

We vacationed at North Topsail Beach for two years prior to purchasing and rented our house the summer before we purchased. We love the secluded beach only a few steps from our deck (about as close as you can get). A great place to bring the family for a relaxing LAZY vacation. We love to swim, surf fish, boat and jet ski, fly kites, play in the surf, hunt for shells and sharks teeth of which we have thousands. Other activities include golfing, tennis, biking, etc. The house is on a less traveled street off of the main road (less commercial traffic), but very easily accessible and many conveniences within 5 minutes including several restaurants with affordable prices.

We are able to view nature at its finest, watching the dolphins play in the ocean, pelicans and gulls flying in formation, watching loggerhead turtles laying their eggs and watching them hatch at our steps to the beach(which we have done). Views that are spectacular from all rooms, multiple ocean and sound side decks and the PROXIMITY of the house to the ocean. The ELEVATOR which is extremely helpful for the elderly, disabled and moving in luggage. The separate under counter 50# ICE MAKER is a must for plenty of ice for drinks and coolers.
