Just Remodeled! Finished in March of 2025! Sea Shed is located in Jamaica beach one block from the beach and dining.

The home has a large yard great for families and the Kitchen island provides lots of counter space for meal prep with a breakfast counter for added seating. You will find the decor makes you feel settled right in at the beach! Ample windows and skylight allow lots of natural light throughout the home. Smart TVs in living room, downstairs space, and all bedrooms.

Enjoy the gulf breeze while sitting outside with friends and family enjoying a great meal prepared on the charcoal grill.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners. It has a dual coffee maker - takes k-cups or makes drip. The living room will seat everyone for a great movie night or watch a favorite TV show.

A Security Deposit hold is required and will be placed on the card provided.
Dogs under 50lbs considered, Pet Fee is $25 a night+Tax.

Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds.

Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. GUEST WILL HAVE TO CLIMB A FULL SET OF STAIRS TO ENTER THIS HOUSE, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR OR LIFT. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor. Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators.

This home is located in the very popular city of Jamaica Beach on Galveston Island. Jamaica Beach`s community pool is located next to the City Park on the corner of Jolly Roger Road & Bob Smith Road. Pool season and hours are typically Memorial-Labor Day weekends, Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm (weather permitting). Admittance is $5/person (over age 6).
