This lovely town home is spacious and open and has plenty of room for your family to relax with two living areas.The main level living area opens to the kitchen and dining area and is tastefully decorated for that true ski lodge feel. Warm up after the day's adventures by the cozy gas fireplace while you watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Step out onto the balcony for views, clean mountain air or to grill some steaks for dinner.

The kitchen is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous glass backsplash. The dining table seats six, but but has a built in leaf that slides out on each side for more room. This condo has a Keurig coffee maker to help get your mornings started. There are also 4 bar stools at the bar.

The second living area has a nice size sectional sofa and a huge flat screen TV. There is a 3/4 bathroom right next to the second living area.

The master bedroom has a king bed with mighty log frame, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double sinks, large jetted tub and separate shower. The mountains can be first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. Listen to the soothing sounds of the creek out front in the summertime.

The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, flat screen TV and you can access the private hot tub for much needed relaxing at the end of the day.

The third bedroom is another queen bedroom. There's a bathroom for these two rooms to share on this level. For additional sleeping space, there are 2 twin over twin bunk beds available in the 2nd living area.

Also, for your convenience, Charter Sports right by the Snowflake chair lift will rent you your ski/board equipment and also allow you to store the gear there daily if you desire.

There is a 1 car attached heated garage with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional car can park in the driveway. This town home is 3 levels and has stairs.
