Vacation in luxury in this newly renovated townhome that is practically ocean front!!!

“The Sandpiper” is located on a quiet one-way street which is conveniently close by and within walking distance to downtown Wrightsville Beach and The Blockade Runner Hotel. The beach path is just a few steps from your front door and the unique configuration offers multiple decks that enhance the interior space and provide quiet get-away spots.

This attractive 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously updated with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor boasts an open floor plan that guides you into the beautifully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. Dine casually at the large kitchen island or enjoy a home cooked meal at the gorgeous kitchen table. The living room is open, spacious and furnished with comfortable - with high speed internet throughout and a large smart TV! The top floor bonus living room offers another massive smart TV which gives guest unlimited opportunities for families to partake in a family movie night, spread out and catch up on your favorite shows, or work even remotely with an ocean view. A master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and its own deck are also located on the main living floor of the home.

At the top of the stairs you will find a conveniently placed laundry room, the bonus living area with amazing views of the waterway and ocean, and three additional bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a large king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and extra twin bed that is utilizes the nearby hall bathroom. This floor also has a “grown-up bunk room” with two full beds and its own private bathroom making this room perfect for children or couples!

This house has it all!

This house is in the perfect location in Wrightsville - very walkable to the beach and into town. The layout is great, especially for families with kids! Very clean and newly updated inside. We loved staying here!

Great location and beach location

Beautiful home, great location and lots of space. There were more rooms than we needed. The kitchen was fully loaded with pots, pans, cutting boards, spices. It has Keurig and full coffee pot. The rooms were comfy and had loads of towels. It did not have shampoo, conditioner or soap, so bring those! They had hair dryers and a comfy tv room. We had the best time and hope to come back again soon. Enjoy!

Bryant did send someone over and the situation seemed to improve, but with what we were paying, it was a nuisance. Obviously, it had been ongoing because there were traps everywhere. I see the rent for the unit has increased- hope they take care of the issue.

Can’t beat the views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Sandpiper! It was a very comfortable and clean home. You get views of the ocean as well as the sound from all the different balcony’s and windows. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced in 40 years of coming to Wrightsville. We had 2 minor issues we called Bryant about (a dryer that needed major cleaning out, and a curtain road that had come out of the wall on one side) and both issues were fixed quickly and professionally. The only negative was that more of the windows should have curtains or blinds. The tv room upstairs gets so sunny in the afternoon and you can’t even see the tv because of it. And the living room/kitchen has zero window coverings, it would help for a little privacy and also the houses energy efficiency. But overall I highly recommend the Sandpiper for a stay with your family.

House Great- Property Management Company Not

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. Our issue was with the PM company. We arrived at 6:30 pm and were given a call earlier in the day that the house was ready for our arrival. When we arrived, the passcode didn’t work. We spent the next 45 minutes trying to figure out why. Finally the kind maintenance tech called and said he was going to drive 1 hour to look at the lock. My family and I waited almost two hours to enter the property. I understand things happen but no one checked the property before we arrived and the attitude of the people we dealt with other than the maintenance tech was horrible. We were told that the property manager did not want to speak with us! That’s nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed here at least twice before it was renovated, and this was our second time since. The location is great, and we loved that there is plenty of parking. There were some problems last year which were remedied after we notified the realtor. However, again this year there were no blinds or shades on the windows/glass doors in the two living/TV areas. It must be totally dark outside to watch TV without major glare on the screen; even after sunset, glare can be a problem. We didn't watch much this year because the weather was good, but on rainy days glare was a problem. The upstairs living/TV area would be great for family game-playing because of the sofa's configuration, but there is no table! A decent-sized coffee table would be most helpful. We have rented through Bryant Realty several times, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They can usually be reached by phone and are quick to respond if you must leave a message.

Perfect Wrightsville Location and Great House!

We absolutely loved every detail of this beautifully decorated and well cared for beach house. The location was one of the best on the Island. We loved walking right on onto the beach, walking to the Trolly Stop which now has coffee every morning and hot dogs every afternoon, and walked over to dinner and breakfast each morning. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners take amazing care of this townhome, you feel at home when you are inside in every room. We are already looking at future dates to rent this home! Thank you so much!

perfect beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were all pleased to find this condo to be especially lovely--beautifully furnished and equipped. The extra refrigerated drawers were put to good use. And even better, easy access to the beach, while also offering the sound view. The floor plan works well for 2 grandparents staying in the main floor bedroom, while 2 grandkids and 4 adults stay on the 2nd level. We were ready to book for next year, and disappointed that the owners have not made it available then.
