Stunning! You just found the most perfect vacation home! Fantastic location in one of Fort Lauderdale's most sought after neighborhoods! Three bedrooms 2 with queen size beds that share a full bath and one master with king-size bed and en-suite and large TV. The living room also has a large TV and comfortable seating that has vaulted ceilings and direct views to the pool and tropical backyard. Open dining room for six and another cozy sitting room with an art deco fireplace and piano. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked to prepare any meal and has a great breakfast bar. The private backyard has a terrific outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill and table for outdoor dining and a cozy comfortable lounge area. A wonderful oversized pool that is heated generously to 88 degrees and gets full sun most of the day. Reserve now, this sweet spot won't last long!!! Location! Location! Location!

Pool need cleaning improvement.

The pool is very good but need more attention in the cleaning process, for example bottom of pool have problem and with little dust is not filter well. Every think else is excellent

Wonderful home and location

This house exceeded the description. Everything was in good order and comfortable. The labels on the cabinets and light switches were a thoughtful detail. The backyard with outdoor kitchen and pool were fabulous. Everything we needed for a great stay was available. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to shopping. One bed was soft for our taste but the others were very comfortable. We hope to come back when we are in the area again

Our stay at sweet spot

The home was clean and inviting and well equipped. The location is central to many things in Ft. Lauderdale.We had our 5 year old grandchild with us and it was child friendly and had a great pool. We would stay again if in the area.

We returned after our first stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are very comfortable in the Sweet Spot, the neighborhood is fantastic the house is large has a well planned kitchen and a beautiful pool. The only downside is that there is a palmetto bug issue that despite spraying would not get better.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, coffee, eateries, and 10-15 minute drive to the beach. The kitchen has ALL the essentials. Closets well stocked with extra towels and bedding. The back yard is secluded with an amazing pool. We took a short drive to the Seaquarium in Miami for a dolphin experience. Highly recommend!

What can we say? We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We didn’t want to leave the house. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and the foliage in the back made it into our own private oasis. It made for the perfect family getaway.

Family Vacay

This property offered a great location near downtown restaurants/bars as well as a short drive to the beach. While it fitted all of my family’s needs I would say that the two smaller bedrooms are not meant for adults. My children had no issues sleeping in the smaller beds however myself (6’2 220) found it to be a less than comfortable option. The master bedroom which I allowed my parents to use was very spacious and they had nothing but good things to say. Overall we had a great experience as the pool oasis is enough to enjoy your day without every leaving the property and the modern remodel done inside of the home is a very relaxing setting to sit in.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our stay at The Sweet Spot was amazing! The property was Beautiful, Clean and stocked with everything you need. We definitely LOVED the back yard! We had so much FUN creating New Memories. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk or drive to a nearby store or restaurant if needed. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to anything needed. We Would Love to Return and would Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

We were pleasantly surprised at how much better the property was in person! Everything was extremely clean, well stocked and the landscaping and pool area are gorgeous. This property is centrally located and is located in a beautiful neighborhood…. We were in town for a wedding and we will definitely be rebooking on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale! Highly recommended!

Lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice 1940-50s Ft Lauderdale home. It was added onto and renovated probably 15 years ago. It is in Victoria Park which is a great location. Some of the furniture can use updating but everything is well maintained. The primary bedroom is very large with a good bathroom. The guest bath is very small and could use updating. It has a very functional well equipped kitchen and the pool area is beautiful. All of the landscaping is wonderful.

What a wonderful house and location

My family met in Ft Launderdale this year for our sibling family reunion. We loved this house and all the amenities. Our favorite was the pool, grill, and outdoor space, located in a backyard oasis. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed and the beds were all comfortable. Oh, and lots of pool noodles and even beach chairs and boogie boards. They thought of everything!

The house is extremely clean and kitchen stocked with everything you need (but not cluttered). The location was perfect for us as we didn’t have a rental car, but we could walk to several nearby restaurants and a nice grocery store, and could easily Uber to many spots a bit farther away. The pool area was private, quiet, and amazing, we spent most of our time out there relaxing by the pool. The pool is clean and heated perfectly. The neighborhood is nice and felt very safe (we were three women on a friends trip). Highly recommend and we hope to be back!
