The Space:

The deep and vibrant combination of the cobalt blue sofas and ottomans and metallic gold-tufted wall accents and decor is oozing with luxury and royalty. Every element in the living and dining area comes together to create an extravagant yet warm ambiance.

The beautifully styled dining table uses handpicked tableware, complementing the regal vibe of the area. Kitchen appliances and cookware are provided in this apartment for your convenience of cooking.


As if the living and dining areas are not enough to convey the design sensibilities of the apartment, the bedroom takes your breath away yet on another level. The bedroom uses a powerful combination of burgundy and black on tufted walls and furniture against the white wall.

Expect nothing less on the comfy bed as it uses a luxurious mattress, hotel-quality linens, and cushy pillows for deep slumbers at night.

Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modelled after some famous ones around the world.

There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop with the Bus F13 that goes to the Dubai Mall and its adjacent metro station. You can either stroll in the mall or get on a train to go around Dubai easily. The Business Bay metro station is a few minutes away if you want to walk instead. The Dubai metro system is also connected to a tram that can bring you to JBR, Dubai Marina, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. This tram system is also linked to the monorail towards Palm Jumeirah.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
