Architect designed and recently refurbished this award-winning home is one of the most outstanding homes on Millionaire's row, in Mermaid Beach.
This gorgeous 5 bedroom beachfront home offers unique charm over three light filled levels, and is wrapped in louvres creating privacy, and opening bifolds which capture extensive natural light and the sea breeze. It is a relaxed lifestyle haven on a rare north eastern corner block orientated to capture the northern sun and the eastern ocean views, within a stroll to cafes and restaurants.
The elegant sandstone facade is framed by 150 year old timbers that were sourced from the old Townsville Wharf which extend back through the alfresco area and into the interiors.
