The bright open-plan living area is located on the second floor. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and plenty of counterspace. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen or outside on the deck replete with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and lovely views.

The dining room flows into the comfortable living room, which features a plush sectional sofa and loveseat, a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, and a cozy wood burning stove. For your convenience, Villa de los Pinos 42 can accommodate 2 cars in designated outdoor parking spots. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
This home welcomes pets for an additional fee of $150 plus tax per pet, for up to 2 pets(All pets must be under 40 lbs)
