The condo was just as it was presented in the pictures. We loved the 2 balconies both with a different view. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable. Loved that you had blow dryers, mirrors, etc. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was waking up to construction every morning but we are early birds and survived. And…. Close walk to the beach.

Close to Beach
We stayed the last three weeks of January. Everything was clean upon arrival. It is a three block walk to a white sand beach that was very busy even on relatively cool days. The beach wagon was broke so we had to have it replaced along with coffee maker and batteries for various items but the company was friendly and quick to respond. There is a private balcony with two chairs overlooking the very busy main road so we never sat out there. The balcony toward the canal is not private. It is shared with four other units. It says heated pool but it was cold. We never saw anyone go in. The "starter" pack of toiletries was very disappointing in the lack of anything of quality. Two squirts of dish soap and a few squirts of hand soap in the bathrooms. The smallest rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Not even salt, pepper or one coffee pod. There was no way to clean anything. The broom was hard plastic and worn out. The vacuum cleaner was "full" and in awful condition. The mop bucket was cheap and impossible to use. We decided to just live with all the sand on the floor. I don't think I would stay here again. The company is pleasant to work with but this condo was so cheaply appointed. They could easily take $50 from one day's rental and buy some quality supplies.

Amazing place to stay!
The location was perfect, walking distance from the north and south side of the main strip! Ample and easy parking! The decor was beautiful! 3 perfect size bedrooms and 2 baths made it perfect for my family of 7! Washer and dryer, full kitchen and dinner table that seats 8! PERFECT! Balconly off one of the main room that faces the strip, and a balconly that overlooks the water and dock! Can't wait to come back!

Pleasantly Surprised!
We loved our stay here! Everything you need for a relaxibg and comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms (king beds) and a bathroom with shower on one side, with 3rd bedroom (2 Queens) and bathroom with tub on the other. All rooms had a TV in addition to the living room. Very easy, contactless check in and check out. Beautifully decorated. Has all of the pots, pans, utensils, plates/bowls, cookie sheets, even a crock pot needed for cooking for a family to save money. Walmart delivers too! There were a ton of bath towels, 2 hair dryers, 2 lighted magnifying mirrors...extra pillows. Interestingly though...no extra sheets (also- bring your own laundry detergent). 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher tabs are provided (we brought a couple extra of each from home as well). Theres only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom- again- we brought a couple if extras with us. There's a few beach towels there, a beach wagon, 4 chairs, a medium size hard sided cooler and small soft sided cooler. There a beach umbrella- but it needs replacing so don't plan on using that. There's a iron and ironing board too. The condo is about a block from the main drag that runs along the beach- but about 2-3 blocks from the public beach access points. You can rent chairs/cabanas for the day for $45 if you prefer that set up. All in all...we loved our stay here and highly recommend it to others. In fact, i belong to a Clearwater FB group abd have already recommended it 3 times since returning on Sept 2nd!

Not what we expected
Feeling like we got a little duped with this one. When we arrived there was trash in the kitchen and one of the beds had hair and sand in it. When we called the property manager she was rather short and downright rude asking what we wanted her to do about it. The cleaning people did end up stopping up and explained the sheets were washed but that the blankets don’t get washed which is where the sand would have come from. Honestly just gross. We spent our first night there waiting on laundry after we went out and bought detergent to wash the bedding. Our feet were black from walking on the floors, one of the bathrooms was filthy and the toilet didn’t work properly and the other was extremely small and only a shower so not ideal for use with an infant. Overall this one really missed the mark and we would not recommend.

Would highly recommend
Great condo, great amenities, location, and extras. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. The location was a block from a handful of restaurants, about 2 blocks to the nearest beach entrance, and a little longer walk to including Pier 60. The keyless entry was very convenient, and the parking was excellent. There were carts at the entry to help bring your things up. The pool was very nice and clean and there were chairs, and tables with umbrellas on the pool deck. We saw dolphins in the marina. The back balcony faces the beach and is private. There was some construction and large cranes when we were there but there is no avoiding that. You could still see the ocean. The front balcony overlooks the bay side and is very pretty. The furniture was top notch. There were a ton of beachy decorations and pillows- which were cute but I had to move decor out of the wya- I’d rather have space for my things, but that’s just me. There are two king bedrooms on one side with a small bathroom, and then a double queen room on the other side with a larger, more private bathroom. I personally would have split the king rooms on different sides, so couples could have their own side if need be, but it worked out. There was a large foldable wagon, 2 beach umbrellas, umbrella holder, 2 coolers, a boogie board, some beach toys, and beach chairs which was an awesome perk for beach time. We were told there would not be beach towels but there were several smaller ones there, which came in handy. We were also told there was no fan, but there was one working fan. Perhaps someone left it behind. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, wine glasses, utensils, cutting boards, fruit bowls, crockpot, pans etc. My negatives-if I’m being picky are: There was only one dish towel and two rags in the kitchen. We did have to call customer service for some new sheets for 2 of the beds as the sheets were old and rough, BUT they were very responsive, and they brought new sheets the same day and we received excellent communication on that. There were about 10 extra pillows in the closets, which was strange, and no extra sheets or blankets at all. One bed did not have a mattress pad. Rug needed inside the front door. Blackout curtains on the bedroom windows would be a really nice bonus. I only share these details to be helpful to other detail oriented travelers. Overall, an awesome rental and better than I hoped for. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay
The condo was a perfect size for two adults, couples, and three children. We were surprised with extra things like a wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. I’m not sure if they were part of the condo or if the last group left them. We saw dolphins on a regular basis outside of the condo in the bay. The best part of the condo is sitting outside in the balcony area in the evenings.

Merveilleuse vacances
Très beau condo , il ne manquait pas grand chose, très bien équipé. Le seul petit hic, c'est le bruit que laisse passer les fenêtres. Très belle vue sur la marina. 4 à 5 minutes de marche de la plage. Il y a deux gros bâtiments en construction en ce moment, c'est ce qui nous amène du bruit à h 7.00 a.m. À considéré le trafic sur la sortie de plage car il n'y a qu'un seul chemin de sorti.

This was a great property in a great location. When I arrived however, the floors and bath mats were extremely dirty and I had to mop and do laundry. The bath towels had been folded and put away wet. The master bedroom also did not have a complete sheet set on the bed and none fitting the bed were found in the unit. I called late Saturday night to report and sheets were not delivered until Tuesday. The unit is great, they just need to do more thorough cleaning between rentals.

Great location
This condo is in an amazing location. We were able to see dolphins several times during our stay while sitting out on the balcony. The cleanliness of the condo could be an issue for some, it wasn’t ‘dirty’ but needs a deep clean! The vents were terribly dirty and the baseboards need a good scrubbing! Paying as much as you do for a cleaning fee you’d expect these things to be done. We did have to call regarding no water-turns out they shut off water to the building to do a repair. We were never communicated with regarding this, but when we went downstairs it was posted on the entry door (it must have been posted that morning as it wasn’t there the night prior). Overall it was a good stay-correct some of the things such as the vents & baseboards and it would have received a “great” rating!

Nice place, watch out for towing
We drove non stop for over 18 hours. Upon arrival there were no parking passes at the condo but it was late so we decided to unloaded and call in the morning for the parking passes. Within 2 hours of arrival, our car was towed. It took us forever to figure out where our vehicle was. We had to wait until the next morning to pick it up. I called the property management and explained the situation and they stated passes were left in the condo. We all searched again 2 more times finding nothing. It was over $175 to get my car out of impound plus another $15 for the Uber. They did eventually bring parking passes. I texted, called and emailed and they refuse to help at all with this fees. No passes were in the condo and were not told our car would be towed so quickly even after paying a full week stay at the condo. Very disappointed and will NOT stay there again. I will also be sure to tell all my friends and family not to stay there either due to their lack of assistance
