This property, offered by Stewart Mountain Lodging, comes with access to other amenities and many additional properties nearby.
Tucked away in the forest, 400 feet from the ski run is a stunning mountain contemporary home and one of the newest remodels in Sundance. It took a creative genius to reconfigure this layout from top to bottom. Bedrooms are all upgraded with ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen was moved up a floor, more games and gathering spaces improved making Black Forest the ultimate mountain getaway. This is a home that all generations will love and appreciate.
Top Level:
-Family room with 75" tv, large wood or gas fire place,
-Fully stocked kitchen (seating for 16 between table and bar)
-Spacious bathroom with jetted tub, steam shower, laundry. 2 entrances on east and west of house
Middle level:
-3 master suites all 3 en-suites with king beds complete with in room 50" tv's
-1 bedroom - king bed w/ full bath & cedar lined shower in the fall right outside the bedroom.
-Family room with seating for 16. Flat screen TV. Game tables: shuffle board, foosball, board games, arcade, books, cocktail table with 400 games, guitars & drums.
Lower Level:
-Kitchenette, small family room with 75" tv, Storage and laundry room
-Bunk room with 6 twin beds & 1 queen bed, flat screen tv
-Rec Room: Ping pong table, bunk room, bathroom with tub, queen bed attached to bunk room.
-Rec room access from middle level outside. Has pickleball net, racquetball, basketball and multiple other games
Black Forest Ridge is hidden away on a quiet lane half way up the ski slope. You'll hike, bike, ski and explore right out your front door any season of the year. We can't wait for you to come and experience it first hand.
