The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two queen beds and a twin, this unique unit comfortably sleeps 7***. Both the televisions are new (May 2021) as well as the new stackable washer dryer (June 2021). This unit reflects the pride of ownership in a tastefully decorated larger unit. All room areas step out to the balcony and have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and a spectacular view of old port. The multi configurable new outdoor furnishings give you and your guests plenty of seating and lounging options. The BAJA building is the closest to the beach and offers a separate pool and hot tub away from the main pool complex. The 6th (of 7) floor will provide you with peace and quiet and a panoramic ocean view unsurpassed by any unit in Puerto Penasco. We have both wired and a wi-fi internet connection and cable TV. Enjoying the pleasant morning sun and the beauty of the the Sea of Cortez, as B-604 is just a few steps away from the beach.
The swimming pool area has a negative edge pool, swim-up bar. There is a water slide just steps away at the clubhouse pool which is also open to guests.
Relax on the beach under one of our beach palapas or rent jet skis and ride the banana boat, parasail or get on a fishing charter.
