Protaras Villa 1515 is beachfront villa located in a prestigious and quiet area right next to the famous Sirina Bay, a relatively secret spot favoured mostly by the local tourists.



This child friendly, 4 bedroom villa features a large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Protaras Villa 1515 offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ.



The ground floors is an open plan living room area that opens up to the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table as well as a guest WC.



The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower, a large double bed and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom also with a large double bed and similar sea views, the third bedroom is also double while the fourth offers two large single beds.
