Kitty's Gem, North end with views!

This lovely kiwi bach has just had a very tasteful freshen up by the new owners and is now ready to rent.

A great location, just a short walk to the beach at walkway 9 in the northern end.

There are three generous sized bedrooms with stunning views of the sea from the master, from the kitchen and the whole eastern side of the house.

The large deck wraps around the house with lovely sheltered dining and relaxation areas. The section is fully fenced. 

A perfect family holiday awaits you.

Perfect get away from city life!
Great place to stay and relax with family. House was perfect for what we wanted. Spacious and clean. Lots to do in the area. Just needed another week to enjoy it more.

The house itself was lovely however the ad was very misleading. There was no hot tub as stated, access to the beach was impossible to find if you don’t know the area(which we didn’t). It would have been very helpful to know how to turn the stove on, (gas), where the second shower and toilet were, (we found it on our last morning) and there were cobwebs hanging from the rafters and over the outside of the house, complete with spiders. Otherwise lovely house to stay in.

Fabulous stay
Jason met us at the house and gave us great information about local events and happenings. Lots of space inside and outside the house. Great spot to visit local places, such as Matakana, Leigh, Goat Island etc. Would recommend and stay again.

Great spot
Lovely property, very well appointed with modern fit-out. Great for our group of two young families. A 5-10 min walk to the beach and shops. Unfortunately we had no water when we arrived and ended up with limited water for our first night which was less than ideal but the manager was very attentive and tried his utmost to remedy the situation which was resolved the next day. Heat pump worked well for a winter stay but house would benefit from standalone heaters in the bedrooms. The interior was clean but external windows in the living area/kitchen were covered in salt, hard to avoid in a beach area but would expect these to be clean as a guest. Would stay again.

Excellent Beach House
Cottage/Beach House was superb with A/C, 3-5 min walk to beach and extremely comfortable home. It was an easy 7 min drive into Matakana, walking distance to local golf course and only hour drive from downtown Auckland. Would highly recommend!

Great house for easy stay in omaha
House was really clean. You can just see the beach from the deck but a good 5min walk to get to beach. Only has one bathroom inside but a second one in a room outside which was great once we discovered it.

Lovely stay
It was a great stay at this little gem! Gorgeous and warm, clean and cozy house. Only downside that we wish we’d know in advance is that you need to bring EVERYTHING. Bath maths, salt and pepper, tea, sugar. All of the usual amenities that usually come with hotels and bnbs are not included so make sure you have that with you before coming. Maybe this is stardard in book a batch and we were just not aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)

Fantastic indoor/outdoor living property.
This property has everything you would need for a proper vacation. My favorites were the outdoor shower with access to the bathroom and washroom. I think the 6:30 am walks to the beach(along the walk paths) and then on to the café for breakfast made this place amazing.

What a perfect place to stay. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. Everything was beautiful and to a high standard and the location was perfect. We came on a girls weekend but will also be coming back as a couple of families. It’s perfect for adults only or families with young or old children.
