The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 Queen bed.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchenette is fully stocked with a culinary set and has a full line of new appliances (coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 2, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has an on-site gym and outdoor pool.

PARKING: Daily parking with in and out $35.00 plus 15% tax= $40.25. Monthly parking is $350.00 plus 15% tax=$402.50. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and TVs equipped with basic cable. High chairs, stair gates, and 1 pack-n-play crib, are provided upon request.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 415 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.
