Perfectly located, the apartment is within walking distance of The Avenue Private Hospital, as well as a variety of eateries, bars, and cafes on Chapel Street. The Toorak Road shopping hub, Prahran Market, and Melbourne CBD are all easily accessible, making this apartment an ideal choice for your stay.
The Space:
Situated on the top floor of a 3 level ‘walk up’ complex. Note there are a number of stairs.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen space with a dining setting for 4, a 2 seater couch, large flat screen Smart TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The kitchen comes with a full-size fridge, under bench oven, 4-burner gas cooktop and a dishwasher, with a red-tiled splashback adding style and colour.
To the left of the entrance is a sunroom with glass louvers making the most of the abundance of light and air; a lovely space to relax with a coffee or read a book. There’s also an occasional chair and couch for one, which converts to a single sofa bed, taking the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 3 people. The sunroom and kitchen both have timber floorboards, while the living and bedroom areas are carpeted.
Decorated in blues and whites, the bedroom offers a queen size bed, venetian blinds, panel heating and built in robes, providing plenty of storage for longer stays.
The light-filled, spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
There is also a washer and dryer combo to do your own laundry at home.
Guest Access:
Top floor apartment with no lift. Heavy luggage may be difficult for some to carry up the flights of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
Windsor is an inner-city suburb of Melbourne with a buzzing eatery/bar scene and renowned shopping along Chapel Street, all less than 10 minutes stroll from the apartment.
The Avenue Private Hospital is a 2 minute walk away, while the Prahran Market, known locally as the ‘food lovers’ market’ is only 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by tram (light tail) from High Street. The Toorak Road shopping hub is close at hand, as is Melbourne’s St Kilda Beach.
Getting Around:
Although there is timed street parking available, this apartment is best suited to guests without a car.
It’s a 2 minute walk to the tram stop on High Street where you can catch the number 6 tram into the CBD in about 20 minutes. It’s a 6 minute walk or 1 minute tram ride from the apartment to the corner of Chapel and High Streets where you can catch the 78 tram to Prahran, South Yarra, Toorak and Richmond.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* There are stains going to the property.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
