Best Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was perfect and everyone had their own area to dip off to. It was an awesome vacation. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Wonderful home

This home was very beautiful and accommodating for a group of 35, however this is not a resort and the parking is horrible. If you come with more than 5 cars you will not have any where to park your vehicle . There is absolutely no parking on the streets and they will tow your vehicles.

Family Get away

This house is amazing...perfect for our adult family vacation. It was equipped with all our needs. Just a Lil FYI if your a group that likes to cook you will need to bring your own pots and pans....other than that everything was perfect.

The house is big and beautiful! Its clean and was perfect for accommodating our large group.

We had a group of 30 people. The house is less than 45 minutes away from all of the attractions. The pool was loved by all of the kids.

Overall the house was great. The neighborhood is loud because of the construction but it was tolerable. The house was very clean. We had a maintenance issue, we called and they came right away to fix it.

Great house for golf group

Over the past 5 years we have stayed in 5 different houses to accommodate 12 adults. This house was our favorite. Everything was clean, pool and hot tub worked great (pay for the heated tub/pool). House also has mostly king beds which is perfect for us. Location is in a development of like houses but close to golf and everything you need.

Enjoyable

The property was as advertised. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes and pots and pans. We had a couple of issues we had to call for maintenance and they responded quickly. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Only thing I didn't like was the construction on the opposite side of the street. But all in all we loved it and would come back in the future.

Staff Retreat

Great accommodations for staff and their families. Absolutely beautiful property. Plenty of space for everyone to work and play. Well equipped, with plenty of towels and pool towels. The only negative is the neighborhood itself. Gate to the community not monitored during the day and night was a manual process requiring a lengthy check every night. Unkept yards and lots of loose trash. Property owners and management did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Perfect for large groups.

This is the fifth or sixth 15 bedroom home we have rented in Orlando and by far the better option. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all appliances, AC, pool, hot tub, etc. are in working order. The house is clean and the property management company supplies sufficient towels and washcloths. Also, this is the first property that gave a nice little “starter set” of trash bags, dish soap, non-generic dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap. Also, unlike many of the other homes, the Wi-Fi signal is strong and works well. All of the TVs have fire sticks, which means there are plenty of TV apps available. The media room is set up nicely with a working popcorn machine. There are several game options, including, a full-size Miss Pac-Man and guitar hero. Will definitely stay here again.

Hubby’s 60th Birthday Bash with Family Village

This house was perfect for our family village. We came down with a party of 35+ family members to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday at Universal Studios and also to go Magic Kingdom for the little ones! Everyone loved the house and how comfortable it was! Every room had it’s own bathroom and was clean and decorated beautifully! The house was stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths, dishes, mugs ect.. We cooked and brought a few heavy skillets from home and our own crockpot! The house was was fully stocked with what we needed to cook and prepared all the meals! It was extremely hot in Orlando so we used the fans in the great room to help cool down the house. The property manager was very quick to answer any questions and responded with any concerns! The pool was a bit warmer than we wanted so maintenance was quick to respond to adjusting the temperature and replacing one broken fan. The grill was ready and we cooked steaks, burgers, brats.. ect! The teens loved the movie room and the game rooms. There was no place for the garage so we put it out front and it was picked up everyday! Overall we had the best time! I would choose this home every time we come here! It was wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!

Multiple issues not resolved

Upon arrival it was noticed that the end section on the couch was damaged, pictures were sent but no one came to address the situation and our party of 26 has to avoid that area of the house or take the risk of falling. The air conditioner never went below 78, I called and was told due to the hot weather that this was just the way they worked. The construction in front of the house causes issues when it rained and the wood was swept i to the street - this required myself and family members to physically move the wood just so we could leave the property. The ice makers did not work on either of the refrigerators. The gate to the property was closed, but no code provided, this caused several guest to be stranded outside the property. The guitar hero had a faulty fuse that smoked when plugged in. The pool table was damaged (green cover) and only two pool sticks and no chalk. Both downstairs master bedroom closets had a foul odor that prevented the ability to hang clothes. There were other issues that were reported that pertained to decor damage. My family made the beat out of the situation, but this is not a place we would rent again and it was to expensive for all the items that did not work.

Family Vacation 2022

My family enjoyed every minute of this stay at this location. We booked to take the kids, grandkids to Disney but we could have easily stayed in the house and had just as much fun. The private pool, the games, pool table, and theater room was enough to keep everyone occupied.. The property management was amazing and answered all of my questions.. The kitchen and family room was more than enough space for our family of thirty. We will book again next year.

Very nice property, perfect for a large group. The house and bedrooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the pool pump/filter system stopped working after the first day of our stay and the water turned yellow/green. The property management company called a pool service company but they never showed up so we could not use the pool or hot tub for the remainder of our stay. Needless to say, there were 15 very disappointed guests!

Annual golf trip for 20 College friends

The property was beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen needs. The rental has a Keurig coffee maker, which is great but I asked twice two weeks and one week prior to let me know if that was the style coffee maker and got no response. Bought regular coffee and needed to go out for the k-cups. The heat for the hot tub only worked the first night. No instructions on how to work the outside Theatre, the inside theatre, the hot tub heat. Couldn't use any of them.

The house was perfect for a family of 20. The only two issues was the dumpster across the street caused flies and some of amenities(theater and outdoor projector) in the the house did not work/hard to work.

House was great lots of space!

We were there for a wedding, there were 18 of us staying in the house, and we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Would highly recommend for family vacations. Close to plenty of shopping and the parks. The only thing I would say is there were not enough instructions for the theater room or what to do with the garbage, but I called and got immediate responses from the management company.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice stay and comfortable. I wished that there were instructions on how to operate the theater room equipment. Also, sent a email to the property manager on Saturday to ask about the operation of the theater room equipment, where to place the garbage, and if there was any special instructions upon departure for the bed linens and towels. As of today (Monday afternoon the day of checkout) still no response. However at this point we have left the property. Our group is renting again in 2 weeks and hope we would here something for our stay the next time.
