Breckenridge Ski Trip

Family spring break ski trip did not disappoint. Ski in, ski out location was more than the family could imagine. Condo was located conveniently for skiers and non skiers, with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Condo amenities were excellent, kitchen equipped well for those wanting to cook. Our family skied in for lunch, then went out again until lift closing. We will return to the Villages of Breckenridge again. P.S. Getting two days of beautiful snow was an added bonus for the Florida family!!

Great condo, AWESOME location

This is a great condo in a perfect location. We could stand in the living room and watch the slopes at Peak 9 Quicksilver, and still less than 3 minutes walking from condo to Main Street restaurants and businesses. This will be our go-to place in the future!

Ski school perfect

This was a perfect spot for us with the Littles learning to ski for the first time. We did have to baby proof a few things as the decorations and TV were at level where they could get to them. We had a blast!

Ideal Location

The location of this property is fabulous. The views are gorgeous and with the lift so close, it is very easy to access the slopes in just minutes. We found the living space very comfortable for our grown family of 4. The shops are right nearby as well as groceries. The host was extremely helpful. I would recommend getting physical keys. The app is tricky and never worked for us.

Great location and very nice place

The condo was big and clean and located very close to Main St. There was a swimming pool and 4 large hot tubs as well as easy parking! Would definitely recommend staying here.

There was no thermostat to control the temperature, and the condominium was warmer than we would have liked. Also, there was very little hand soap and shampoo provided. We had to go purchase some soap.

Ideal location

The Village is my favorite place to stay while skiing Breck and the room was as advertised. The rooms were great and there was plenty of room for our whole group around the dining table for meals and games. The only minor complaint is we ended up storing skis outside the door because there wasn’t a good place inside to put them.

Fantastic location

Spacious unit that handled our group of 8 very well! Great views of the lift and ski school and a quick walk to Main Street. No need for a car unless you want to go elsewhere for an excursion. Had a little trouble with the keys not working upon arrival but Mike came quickly and got it all resolved! Mike was very helpful before and throughout the stay!

50 yards to the lift and ski access. Also, easy to get to Main Street. A bit noisy at night with the snow equipment. Make sure you get a parking spot.

Management Company - Try Harder Please

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They knew the dishwasher wasn't working days before I arrived but didn't notify me. Come on... How hard is it to sed an email. Then I could have made a decision on if I wanted to keep the rental (which I probably still would have.) Also, they should have offered me some small compensation for the inconvenience, but they didn't.Final note, you can't just let the door close to make it latch - you need to give it a shove. We came home the first day and the door wasn't locked because we didn't know.

Great Family Ski Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was wonderful for our family trip. We had little ones learning to ski and grandparents looking forward to some relaxed skiing with the grandkids. This location was perfect for getting everyone to and from the Peak 9 slopes easily and has an amazing proximity to the Villages ski school (right out the window!). The accommodations were clean and cozy and accommodated our group of 6 very comfortably. We were able to make lunches and a few dinners easily within the space and were very close to some good dining locations to get out for a couple of meals. The only drawbacks if we had to name a few were the mattresses (were disappointingly uncomfortable / lumpy - especially after some long days of skiing), was a bit of a bummer for the kids that the pool was being renovated (but hopefully will be great for future guests), the closet doors promptly fell off the tracks when we went to use them, the one elevator for the building is sadly slow, there's only one parking space in the building, and having to drive across town to pick up/drop keys was inconvenient when we were skiing on our arrival/departure days. Overall, it was still a great location and great trip. On top of it all, the view of the slopes and mountains is amazing and set a majestic tone for the trip with some spectacular mountain sunrises and sunsets.

Perfect view of Peak 8, 9, 10. Just steps away from the lift. Steps away from the rental ski shops and Main Street. The unit was clean and well equipped.
