Surprising.
This is a real gem of a property, you must see inside, please do not judge the property by the aesthetics outside, inside is a veritable feast on the senses. A true masterpiece. With the galley kitchen to the left, open plan dining, sharing the space with the lounge, all within reach. TV dinners are always a treat while on holiday. Cosy might be slightly generous. This beach shack has been lovingly maintained, untouched since the 70’s. Vintage furniture also untouched. Might be wise to pack some cleaning gear. Maybe a paintbrush as well. The purple sheets represent luxury, wealth and sophistication, shame the previous guests got to experience these before us. They forgot to clean them. David is a motivated seller, providing you with the opportunity to rent and the option to buy. Alas too many other inhabitants for us, we did not stay, finding an alternative that was a space to relax. Hard for David to remedy the situation when he lives 5 hours away. No caretaker around. Shame for David, he may enjoy responding. However, we did not stay, and the property remained untouched, he also received two nights rent and was able to relist on another platform. Not many passers-by in Peaceful Bay.
