Welcome to your vacation rental villa located in Lely Resort of Naples, Florida. This is an attached villa with a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, a family room, kitchen, dining area and a private heated pool. This home is available year round with monthly minimums.

There are miles of lighted paths throughout the resort and Eagle Lakes County Park is just down the road, or connected by sidewalk, with a small water park, court sports and miles lovely nature trails around multiple lakes - it is a bird lover's paradise!

The Space:
Your seasonal rental home in the Mustang Villas subdivision of Lely Resort is set up for you to get the most enjoyment out of your stay. The main outdoor feature of the home is a private, a southeast facing heated pool located right out the back slider of the villa. The pool has a lake view behind it and there is a nice covered area with a al fresco dining set to enjoy a break from the sun and is the perfect place for a cocktail in the evenings.

The indoors of the home has a main bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with 2 twins and a third bedroom with a queen bed. There are two full sized bathrooms - the en suite from the main bedroom and the second full sized bathroom that is shared for the two additional bedrooms and living space.

The living areas of the home include a very well appointed kitchen that includes two areas to pull up a chair/stool to: the island or and counter behind the sink. There is a formal dining area with a four top dining set and the family room has tall ceilings, lots of natural light and a large screen TV.

Your villa includes an attached 2 car garage and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and bikes for your use and enjoyment throughout your stay!

Important Details:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This property does NOT come with a membership transfer to the Players Club.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
