Summary:
Welcome to your vacation rental home in one of Naples best locations and neighborhood -Lago Mar. You can step out the door, walk across the street and be on the sugar sand of Lowdermilk beach in just a couple of minutes. The nightly sunsets are just amazing from the front porch of the condo and watch dolphins and manatees in Hurricane Harbor, right outside the back of the condo!
**Please note: this complex has sustained damage from Hurricane Ian in Sept. 2022 and it is in the process of being completely restored and it will be ready for 2024 occupancy. This individual condo itself, #E8 has received no damage and it will look exactly as the pictures look. The complex might look different after the restoration but it is being put back together the way it was. We will update the photos of the complex as soon as it has been completely restored**
This second floor condo comes with 1 assigned parking space and has a King bed in the bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa on the enclosed lanai. You are only minutes away from downtown Naples, the Naples Pier and much more!
The Space:
This well appointed corner unit has spectacular views of the back bay -Hurricane Harbor- behind the home and you can enjoy nightly sunsets from the front porch. Located in Lago Mar, this is a small 16 unit complex that is right across the street from Lowdermilk Beach! You can walk out the front door, walk across Gulf Shore Blvd and be sitting on the sand in no time! If you are looking for a better location you won't be able to find it!
Your vacation rental home comes with a 1 bedroom suite with an attached full sized bathroom, a family room with an attached covered lanai with a pull out sofa, a kitchen, dining area, a half bath and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.
Located on the second floor there is a set of stairs with a chair assist to help reach the second floor. The condo comes with 1 assigned parking space. The community has a propane gas grill for your use along with a patio area and a small sitting area near the seawall to watch dolphins, manatees, kayakers and boaters.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
There is an additional HOA lease application fee paid separate then this reservation and not included in the fees with your reservation.
This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Lago Mar has parking for 1 car on site.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
