An elite waterfront block of residences with full bridge, Opera House and Sydney Harbour views from every room, this immaculately presented residence will never fail to impress.

Spectacular views of Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

The Space:
This resort like building includes level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.

The space consist of 1 bedroom, Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking.

Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower over bath and good storage

"Please note that a lift replacement project will begin on June 3rd, 2024. Currently, only one lift is operational, and the project is expected to be completed by mid-May 2025." You will be hearing noise from time to time.

Unit 49 is on the 10th floor.

Note: POOL AREA CLOSURE FROM MONDAY 28 APRIL 2025
FCS Concrete Repairs Ply Ltd will be performing pool resurfacing rectification work from Monday 28 April 2025. Accord ingly, the pool area (i.e.pool, tables, chairs and BBQs) will be closed from this date. The duration is not yet known because it is dependent upon the extent of work required and the weather .

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.

Getting Around:
Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.

Other Things to Note:
The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

*Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away.

Spectacular views
When my sister and I walked into the apartment, we were blown away by the spectacular views. .Communication about the apartment, what to do etc was excellent. The location and security is superb. It was only one minute walk to the ferry.I would recommend this apartment. You won't be disappointed. You won't want to leave.

Fantastic spot
We had stayed at Harbourside many times before when it was an apartment hotel. We were very pleased to see we could stay there again via Stayz. The apartment was excellent - very comfortable and the views are spectacular. A short walk to the ferry was a capstone to the experience as no need to use the car to get to the Quay, the zoo, Darling Harbour etc.

Brilliant
We've stayed at this property many times prior to covid. First visit since and still as wonderful as ever. We've introduced many family and friends to your property. Obviously the views and having the ferry wharf straight outside. Yes the building is ageing BUT!!! Every time we Stay i think we should buy a unit however we know we're better just to book a unit whenever we want (always hoping we can get one of our preferred units)

Cannot fault this property at all. Have stayed in other apartments in this building and this was by far one of the best. Great views. So clean. Bathroom was great. Communication was excellent, friendly and efficient. So happy we found it If we can we will be back!

Avoid My Mistake - No A/C Apt. Not Worth It!
Title says it all! Cons: No A/C at all makes this place a hot and sweaty place to stay during the day, and it's worse trying to sleep at night, so hot, sticky and unpleasant. The windows have stops so you cannot even open them enough to let cool air in. There is only one portable fan, and that is not enough. I made the mistake of booking not realizing that there was no A/C. Requested to move but property owner could not or would not accommodate. Bathroom is super small, and the shower half glass door fails to stop water from seeping all over the floor. They only give you 1 hand towel and 1 towel per person, so you'll be using these to sop the floor, no floor mat provided. They provided minimal toilet paper, we ran out and had to buy our own. They were almost out of hand soap, so we had to buy our own too. Wanted to make some meals in the apartment, but there were no measuring cups or measuring spoons to cook with, and no paper towels to clean up with. When I registered a complaint on the lack of supplies, the property owner told me to cool off in the pool, as opposed to responding in a helpful manner. They did provide extra towels and toilet paper too little and too late, they arrived the evening before we checked out at 6 am. Parking is minimal, and navigating the parking garage was a nightmare with little leeway. I called them cheapskates because that is how they behaved. Pros: beautiful view of the city, nicely located, easy to get to city by ferry.

Stunning Harbour View Property
Superb views of Sydney Harbour, Opera House and Luna Park. A great location with Sydney Ferries at your doorstep for easy City access. Kitchen necessities, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Book on process a little over the top with ID requirements but we came to an agreeable compromise.
