Dieses wunderschöne Loft am Meer befindet sich in SotoGrande in der exklusiven Gegend von Cap Cana, etwa 15 Minuten vom Flughafen Punta Cana entfernt. Cap Cana ist eine Wohnanlage mit Yachthafen, Golfplätzen, Pferdeställen, Reißverschluss, Stränden und großartigem Essen! Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Sanctuary Hotel, Secrets und Juanillo Beach entfernt.

Das Loft Life wurde komplett renoviert und umfasst brandneue Bettwäsche, Küchenartikel, Möbel und Accessoires. Es ist ein Loft im 3. Stock mit gewölbter Decke, die die Küche, 1/2 Bad und Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss hat. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit separatem WC und ebenerdiger Dusche. Wenn Sie einen Ort schätzen, der alles beinhaltet, was Sie brauchen, dann ist dieser Ort für Sie.

Es gab zwei Dinge, die uns auf diesem Dachboden verkauft haben.

1. Die Ansichten sind absolut erstaunlich. Es gibt keine besseren Aussichten in ganz Cap Cana (wir sahen viel aus). Die goldene Stunde mit einem Mojito auf unserer Terrasse ist eine unserer Lieblingsbeschäftigungen!

2. Die Privatsphäre hier ist etwas, das Sie in anderen Resorts nicht finden werden. Wir wollten nicht um Liegestühle kämpfen müssen, in langen Schlangen warten, dem Zuschlagen von Hoteltüren zuhören und das Gefühl haben, die ganze Zeit belästigt zu werden. Wenn wir zum Strand gehen, wollen wir in der Lage sein, gutes Essen zu bekommen, Spaß zu haben und nachts ruhig zu schlafen.

Stellar spot by the ocean!

We LOVED this Vrbo. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. It even had a cooler, and beach towels which was so convenient for our stay. The view of the ocean from the windows was jaw droppingly gorgeous. Our host Kelly was very responsive and helpful with local restaurants to eat and checking in with us almost daily. We hope to come back soon!

Here’s “The Best” VRBO recipe for success…*An AMAZING location / condo, with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW, owned / operated by an EXCEPTIONAL / EXTREMELY HELPFUL host(s) that treat their visitors like family!!! We’ve been using VRBO for several years and this is one of if not our best experience so far… I’m recently retired (Jan 2025) and am on the hunt for locations where we want to spend extended time for international R&R with cultural submersion - this definitely qualified as a top contender. Watching sunrises, enjoying the beach(es), pool, local cuisine, people, wildlife while staying in a meticulous cared for “home feeling” condo has given us reason to visit again. YES...Book it!!!

My Wife and I stayed here late February-early March 2024. Lets start out with the most important basics. Communication with owner was ALWAYS prompt and courteous. Cleanliness of property was excellent. Bed was comfortable and views were SPECTACULAR! This unit is exactly as pictured. What we especially liked: We had the very large pool practically to ourselves the entire stay (We saw at most five other people there when we were at the pool and the same was true for the beach area), unit was an easy 15 minute trip from the airport and Punta Cana, everyone must pass through security when entering the Cap Cana area, resort was nice and quiet and the views the views the views!!!! Possible down sides: Fairly good walk from reserved parking spot (staff can provide transport via golf cart when you check in for a little tip), hot tubs were not functioning, steps leading to bedroom totaled 19, and overall resort (NOT UNIT) in need of MINOR cosmetic repairs which they were actually in the process of undertaking while we were there with only minimal disruptions. If you go, be sure to check out nearby Juanillo Beach which was one of our favorites. Finally, would we rent this unit again? YES!

wonderful view!

Great property, must have rental car because it is not within walking distance of anything. Was disappointed that we were not informed ahead of time of all the renovations going on at Soto Grande. No Hot Tubs ....looked like they haven't been used for quite some time. The property was beautiful and all of the employees were exceptional.

Amazing Vacation

Our stay at the loft at Sotogrande was amazing. The view from the unit is spectacular and we enjoyed every second of it. Getting around Cap Cana was very easy via taxi and everyone was always very polite and helpful! We will definitely be back- Juanillo Beach was our favorite spot!

Would be almost perfect if not for seaweed

Unfortunately the amount of seaweed disrupted the beautiful view and our ability to swim in the ocean. The water looked brown and I did not want to swim in it or even walk along the shore. Workers were shoveling it up but it was impossible to manage and also smelled bad near the large piles. We ended up driving an hour away to find a pretty beach to enjoy. The condo was secure, safe, and quiet. We saved our location once we found it to help us navigate to it better. It’s easy to get turned around. We were unable to find open restaurants such as “little John” that was often mentioned. A car is needed. When we tried to walk along the beach, we were stopped by security. there seemed to be a lot of construction around and was very deserted. When we arrived there were ants coming in under the front door and making there way into the kitchen sink/counter/cabinets. We found spray and that seemed to helped but made me weary of cooking. The place was very cozy and cute. I loved the bathrooms. The king size bed was great. Unfortunately, the top blind could not be opened for us to enjoy the view from upstairs. I would stay here again if the seaweed was gone. Once we got the hang of driving around and finding some spots to eat it was better. The owner is very kind and easy to communicate with.

Recent stay in paradise!

We just spent a week here in paradise! The loft condo is beautifully decorated. It’s modern and clean and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the WiFi is great and added bonus-it has Netflix. The loft bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the beach and waking up to to the breathtaking views. It is a corner unit and the panoramic views of the Caribbean are amazing. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the balcony while drinking our coffee/cocktails enjoying the views and the non-stop Caribbean breeze. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded vacation away from the crowds this place is for you. We practically had the beach and pool to ourselves the entire week. We rented a car and enjoyed dinner out each night. There are many great restaurants close by and we even ventured out of Cap Cana. On the way from the airport to the condo we stopped at the supermarket per Kelly’s suggestion for water, ice. cocktail makings, breakfast and lunch items. The pool and beach are situated in close proximity to the condo so it was very convenient to stop back up for snacks or refresh our cocktail while lounging at the pool/beach. Kelly is a great host- was very helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend staying here. Our only regret is that we had to leave! We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Kelly for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Property

This condo and property were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and quiet. This Flat is actually part of a community of condos, including a large pool and a private beach. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you would possibly need, and more! We bought some groceries on our way from the airport at the National Supermarket, and prepared our breakfasts and lunches every day, and chose to only leave the property in the evenings for meals and to explore. The owner of the Loft, Kelly, was spectacular right from the very beginning and throughout our entire stay. She even stayed on the phone with us as we were trying to find our way from the airport the first night! She talked us right to the condo! We rented a car, and had a very good experience with the whole process. You can use credit cards on the island, but not debit cards. You can also use U.S. dollars, but will likely get pesos back as your change, which is fine. Another tip--make sure you make arrangements with your cell phone carrier before you leave for international service. Otherwise your apps won't work--such as your Google maps, and translation app!

Perfect Honeymoon

Kelly and Pablo have a beautiful place. It is just as advertised. If your looking for a place that is out of the hustle of the big all-inclusive resorts this is your place. It lacks a few amenities (ie bar/resteraunt on premise) but having a full kitchen helps a lot, be sure to stop at the grocery store on the way. Sanctuary Town is a great place next door for the weekends as in December it is closed during the week. Littlejohns is a nice dinner option a few days. We also traveled to Marina that had a a nice wine bar and a few restaurants. The view from the Condo is priceless. If you can't speak spanish make sure you brush up as the language barrier in Cap Cana is a challenge. I suggest renting a car as well as all shopping is outside of the Cap Cana gates. Overall we have a perfect Honeymoon and highly recommend this property.

Breath taking and relaxing

Upon arrival, we found the condo clean and luxurious with updated appointments. This was enhanced upon seeing the breathtaking ocean views from every vantage point. To ensure all was right, Kelly was in constant contact to ensure everything was to our liking. We felt at home and relished our return when away seeing other secluded parts of Cap Cana! Her home was secure and safe allowing us to fully take in the ocean breeze while on a relaxed vacation. There is no question in my mind that we would/will go again. Private Getaway

The property is very clean and nicely laid out. You are staying in someone's condo. There are no restaurants, bars or room service onsite. This is amazing because this also means you are not fighting for chairs at the pool, listening to loud parties etc. You literally have your own private beach for us it was way better than a crowded all inclusive resort. You have all the comforts of home on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants a short distance away in the Marina or even near the airport. We ate at El Burrito three times in 5 days, it is that good! The property is located in Cap Cana, which is very safe, secure and easy to get around. We rented a car and we are so glad we did. We were initially nervous about renting a car after seeing so many negative things on Tripadvisor. There was nothing negative about our experience driving in Cap Cana. The area is so quite and peaceful and you will feel very comfortable there. Kelley is amazing, gave us plenty of suggestions and was quick to answer any questions we had. The condo itself is clean and well laid out with a beautiful view. It also is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and spices if you select to cook at home. We didn't cook much but warmed leftovers often. We loved it hear and will back!

Most attentive owner ever!

Kelly really wants your stay to be perfect and checks in to make sure everything is as you want it. It 15 years of renting places, never had such an attentive owner. The place is beautiful and views are even better than the photographs. Beach towels are provided and the bathroom towels were very soft. The pool is huge and the place is very quiet. Always pool loungers or beach cabana available while we were there at the beginning of April.

Loved Loft Life

We have just returned home from our wonderful vacation at Sotogrande. I’m not sure how they did it, but Kelly and Pablo have found a little piece of paradise. The condo has amazing ocean views, and we fell asleep each night listening to the crashing of the waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and Kelly was was quick to reply if we had any questions. The resort itself is very quiet, but a short walk up the beach takes you to The Sanctuary a beautiful all inclusive resort and a little further, is an awesome beach bar called Little Johns. I would recommend getting a car because Cap Cana is very spread out. Taxi’s are very cheap inside Cap Cana, but don’t come as promptly as you might like.

Beautiful location

We have just spent a week in Kelly’s beautiful condo. The view was spectacular and the condo itself was more than we could hope for. Kelly kept in touch and was very helpful through our entire stay with all of the information we needed for the condo and the area in general. After a few days of getting taxis to various places within Cap Cana, which were only $3 each, we decided a car would be most helpful and ventured out to other areas of Punta Cana. Taxis from the airport to the condo are $30. I recommend the car as opposed to the taxis. Stop at Nacional Supermercado when you leave the airport and stock up on water and other necessities; it is across the road from the airport. We found good meals in the Blue Mall as well as in the area by the Nacional Supermercado. Within Cap Cana, you can find a list of restaurants available to you at CapCana . com. We had very good WiFi service at the condo as well as at the pool. We also were pleasantly surprised with the availability to watch Netflix. The entire SotoGrande property was very nice and the staff very accommodating. We would gladly come back to this condo again!

Comforts of home but with a spectacular view!

My husband and I stayed 10 days at Loft Life and couldn’t have had a better time. Kelly was an incredible host, always responding quickly and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The amenities in the loft were great; laundry worked great and the Netflix option was a nice way to take a break from the sun. The resort was quiet - which we love. Best week ever!

This had everything we were looking for and more than we expected. We loved that we were away from the large crowded hotels but we could walk the mile to Juanilla to eat at La Mona or Little Johns or we could take a cab for $3 USD. Kelly reco’ed we stop at Supermercado Nacional so our driver did so - and came in and helped us shop (BTW - Brugal Rum/best +Brucelo mix - we bought coconut and pineapple in jugs). Kitchen had everything we needed. Great running in the newly paved development next door. Clean pool. Open windows every day and night to the sound of the surf. This condo location cannot be beat because you have constant sea breeze and shade because of the corner location. Perfect for us - I wouldn’t change a thing and we hope to be back!

Million Dollar Views!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we LOVED every minute of it! Those turquoise ocean views were absolutely amazing! The condo was very inviting & offered comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed having a king size bed & master bath upstairs, separate from the main living area. It was great having a kitchen too as we bought a lot of our own groceries/liquor. Although we enjoy preparing some of our own meals, there is an “all inclusive” option, which we did do one day ($150 includes all food/drinks). We stayed in Cap Cana the whole week and did not need a car. Cab rides anywhere within Cap Cana are only $3. The marina is a fun place to visit with lots of different restaurants choices. My husband went deep sea fishing and we also did a couple excursions at Scape Park. I would recommend checking out the “Hoyo Azul” or blue hole at Scape Park, that was very cool. The resort itself—Alsol Del Mar—was very nice, clean & well maintained. We were always able to find a chair at the beach or pool and never had to deal with a crowd of people. The staff at the resort were very welcoming and always friendly & helpful. Kelly was great to deal with as well, quick to answer any questions we had before or during our stay. It was a very relaxing vacation for us. I would definitely come back here & would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beautiful Dominican Republic!

We have vacationed all over the world and have always been drawn to the Dominican Republic. Cap Cana is a beautiful area away from all of the "touristy" Punta Cana all-inclusives. The people are great, the food excellent, and the water always 82 degrees.
