LOCATION: Bourbon Place by Roami is just a block away from historic Bourbon Street and a 1 minute walk to the French Quarter. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District.

The Space:
In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa.. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St. on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 934 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Perfect location

The space was great and location to Canal and Bourbon was perfect. BUT the St Charles street car runs directly in front of apartment. It is loud. This unit shows pet friendly but prepare for hefty pet fees.

Great location. High quality, relaxing accommodations.

Highly recommend this place as an alternative to hotels. Excellent value. Great place to come home to after a day or night out in New Orleans. Spacious layout with contemporary furnishings.

SO NICE AND CONVENIENT!

Absolutely loved this cute little city condo! The decor was so clean sexy and chic, the location was most convenient for playing in the city, and the Stay Alfred employees were so helpful with the reservation process. Will most definitely be staying again next time we come to town!

Fantastic location

Location is fantastic, so close to Bourbon street. Nicely renovated, great kitchen, outdoor balcony, elevator. Thank you for providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Comfortable retreat to return to after exploring the big easy. Bedroom that faces the street is a bit noisy.... being ear plugs and an eye mask. Great stay overall!

Location and style great , food fabulous beneath. Was very disappointed upon arrival that there was not a balcony as appears in pictures which was why we decided to book it. We wanted a balcony for our getaway, had other issues with lights functioning and supplies, but after all we were there to have fun for a week , so mostly we were out, it was a bit of a nuisance having to wash towels daily. Excellent!

Would definitely stay here again. Great location . There’s a Trolley stop right out the door and it’s close to the quarter. We had a bit of an issue with the coffee that was promptly resolved. I would encourage the owners to get black out curtains for the front bedroom. And, while the trolley stop is convenient, it’s running until late. If you go to bed early, bring earplugs. It can be loud. Loved it! Very well laid out with thoughtful accessories (throw blankets) thanks!!!

Not what it was portrayed to be

The bed was broken in the extra room and to accommodate, was offered to transfer to a completely different property away from the French quarter. Was charged $900+ for the transfer, even though we never did, without consent and then reimbursed it a day later - charged $2.00 each day for what I don’t know. An inspection should have been done prior to our stay for the cost of this place. Extremely disappointed!

Superb and clean location but NOISY and BRIGHT

The apartment was perfect- 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with a well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and well thought out. Check in could not have been easier or better communicated. The location was FANTASTIC if you want to be situated within easy walking distance of business district and WW2 museum as well as the French Quarter. 5 stars for all of the above!! However, the 2nd floor front bedroom with the en suite has 2 street lights that shine into the apartment like daylight ALL night. Then there is the street car that goes by every 20-30 minutes all night as well as general party goers. Sleep is hard to find. Definitely need earplugs as well as the provided sleep machine. But the apartment does NOT have black out shades which must be added for a return.

Great location and lovely place

Overall, excellent. The place is just as you see it--high ceilings, large windows and lots of light. Beautifully appointed. Very close walking to the French Quarter. Also, very easy check-in and check out procedures as well as quick responses with any questions or problems. Management was always easy to get in touch with. One issue we did have was some glitchy-ness with the internet and the streaming on the tv. It would freeze up or periodically just not work. This was only on occasion, but a bit annoying. A couple of other small issues worth mentioning primarily because if one is going to pay this amount nightly, there should really be no issues: the dish soap dispenser at the kitchen sink did not work, the master bath was missing a towel bar, and the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom really needs magnets which keep it secure to the wall when showering.. Also, when we arrived we noticed there were no drinking glasses at all in the cabinets. However, we contacted management and we received these first thing the next morning which was great.

I loved the technology used for easy check-in & check-out

Very clean and well organized

Great and comfortable property. Very clean and well organized. It felt like being at home away from home. Eatery's and shops were all within walking distance. Bourbon street was a 2 minute walk across Canal street. Taking an Uber to many locations was less than 1 mile.

Everything is walking distance

this place was amazing I came to new Orleans to celebrate my 6year anniversary and I did exactly that lol bourbon street is 3min walk from sextant stays the restaurant next door daisy dukes is a must try they have great food if I want to party and have a great time book this place everything was walking distance I really had a great time thanks again sextant stay

Relaxing Place

Look no further! If you want to be in the most prime location, you need to stay here. We were a 2 minute walk to bourbon street and the French quarter. The apartment was clean and exactly as the pictures. We loved just relaxing on the balcony. Obviously with it being so close to bourbon street it can get pretty loud on the weekends, but that's to be expected. But everything else was perfect, the check in process was also ridiculously easy!! Will definitely be staying here again!
