You will love falling asleep! Each bed is layered with premium sheets, down comforters, duevets etc. that washed before every guest. Every bedroom is furnished with a 50 inch+ Smart TV.

Bedroom 1- This room is on the top floor, and is the first room off of the living room. King

Bedroom 2- This room is on the main floor with Queen bed.

Bedroom 3- This room has a Queen Bed with its own private bathroom, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 4- Queen bedroom faces the East, and has views of the garden and orchard. This room has easy access to the hot tub.

Bedroom 5- Queen bedroom is downstairs with easy access to the hot tub and laundry room.

Upstairs Living Room- This room has 2 couches that have Full pull outs, and an ottoman with a twin pull out.

Kitchen- Nothing brings a family together like good cooking! The kitchen has been furnished with everything you need to cook a meal including instapot, crockpot, and not to mention the commercial stove.

Our home is a part of the Good Neighbor Initiative and has Fire Suppression, Noiseaware, Party Squasher, and the entrances are monitored by Nest Cameras.

Upstairs Bathroom- This bathroom has a shower with 2 sinks.

Downstairs Bathroom- This bathroom has a tub.

Great birthday getaway

Nice place close to everything. Had a great time playing games and hanging out. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and left smors treats for us at check-in. If your looking for a nice getaway at lava hot springs would recommend.

Christmas/New Years celebrations

Our children live in Utah and we live Blackfoot so this was the perfect meeting spot to enjoy family and the hot springs!! Beautiful warm inviting home ! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic Trip!

We had a large group in town for a wedding and this turned out to be the perfect spot. Clean, roomy, fantastic kitchen set up, and the backyard areas felt like a little private getaway even though we were walking distance to everything Lava has to offer. Everyone had a fantastic weekend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Chosen Family Getaway

We loved our stay at Downtown Abby. The beds were comfortable, we loved cooking for our group in the kitchen, and the upstairs dining and living room were great to relax in. Great location to walk down main street. Over all we had a wonderful stay and we are so grateful! Only feedback is the hot tub stopped heating on the second day of our stay, and the downstairs bathrooms were a problem the people in the basement not being able to get to the bathroom without walking through another bedroom. Thank you so much!!!

A wonderful place to stay!

This charming home was perfect for our 3 night stay in Lava Hot Springs! There was something for everyone. The teens loved the video games on the soft leather couches in the basement. The tweens and younger loved the arcade games on the main floor. The hot tub was a hit for all. The home is within walking distance of shops and pools. The kitchen had everything we needed. We made so many memories here! We would definately come back!

Adorable house close to everything!

Downtown Abbey is such a great house! The rooms are all good sized and stocked with plenty of linens. The beds were all very comfortable The cozy living room and fireplace were the perfect place to hang out The kitchen is well appointed with utensils, glasses/mugs, cooking tools, bowls, pots & pans, etc. The coffee bar, mini arcade and back patio (with heater) are a big hit! The basement is furnished with comfortable beds, a good sized living room and two bathrooms The hot tub is amazing! The hostess was very communicative and helped us with all questions Very highly recommend this lovely cottage

Perfect stay!!

We love this house!! So beautiful!! Stocked with everything we need and more!! Beds are sooo comfy!! That is rear to find in rental properties!! And host left us snacks and everything for s’mores that we enjoyed very much. Specially kiddos!! My grandkids already planning on coming back!! We love hot tub and an apples that fallen off the trees. Delicious!! Thank you !! Thank you!! Very fast communication with the host! We felt welcomed even before we came there !!!

Wonderful home - great location!

This is a great location for everything you’d want to do in Lava Hot Springs! Walking to grocery store, tubes, pool and hot springs. Lots of bedrooms and kitchen is amazing! Plenty of room for the whole family. One caveat - owner uses motion sensors in home. One in living room and one in downstairs bedroom that light up at night when motion is detected. A bit of a nuisance for anyone sleeping in that room. Otherwise a wonderful house!

Visit from Utah

We arrived in Lava Hot Springs just before 4:00 p.m. and drove straight to the property at 42 Ivy, Lava Hot Springs. The yard was shaded and everything looked inviting and like "home". We got settled in and started dinner. The oven pilot light would start. We worked and worked on it. Finally we called the number on the front window and reached a party. They said someone would be right over. Within twenty minutes a gentleman showed up, fixed it and was on his way, not bothering us at all. The house is so centrally located the older kids and the adults just came and went as they wished without even having to move the car. The house was clean when we arrived. I hope it was left clean enough to your liking when we left. We will definitely stay again should we go to Lava.

Meticulous attention to Detail, Comfort, Aesthetics

Thank you so much for your attention to detail in EVERYTHING!!!! This has been the most positive experience we have had with vacation home rental! It truly felt like a home away from home!!! Everything from the fully appointed kitchen and bathrooms to baby chairs, toys and a pack n play!!!! Communication was prompt and friendly!! Perfect Lava Location

Our group had a great stay here! This property is in the best spot for walking distance to all things in Lava. It is the cutest house, inside and out and has all the fun things to enjoy while you’re there. We loved it and would definitely come back!
