Not a bad stay but probably won’t stay here again.

The house size, layout and proximity to Disney was perfect. It is a very nice house. However, they need to do better at the upkeep. I don’t believe the sheets were washed before our stay. The quality of the mattresses and sheets were very poor. The trash, which is kept on the front porch was not picked up daily and we saw a mouse in the trash bin. Most of the house is tile floor and is very slippery. One of our guest fell. There should be mats near the doors to prevent this. Also, the carpet on the stairs is filthy. I don’t believe it was vacuumed. Finally, communication is very poor. We should’ve been provided with directions to the clubhouse and the pool which is not a walkable distance from the house. That is misleading. We spent the majority of our time at Disney, so the house met our needs and the price was reasonable.

Family Christmas Vacation

Total Awesome! I can't say enough good things about the property. Plenty of bedding for a family of 13. Close proximity to the parks. Private pool and communal pool were wonderful.

Dirty House

The house was not clean I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and washing powder to wash all the sheets before we could sleep because each bed was dirty. There wasn’t enough face towels nor pillows either, our master bedroom had one pillow which was weird. The bedding did not look like the photos. Other than those things the property was nice and modern. I would rent from them again I would just be prepared to thoroughly clean as soon as I get there.

Family trip

Overall great time. The private splash pool was great to have. The property is laid out really well for a large group. Only confusion is that there are 2 gates. The main gate is manned but the gate to our street was not. This created confusion for many people as there were also cars not knowing what to do. You do need to go to the main gate for a "parking pass". That aspect was not made clear
