Ocean view house opposite the beach that sleeps up to 10 guests

"Lorne Ocean Front Escape" is a short term beach front holiday rental property with fantastic views overlooking Louttit Bay and with180 degree views looking across to the lighthouse in Anglesea and to the pier in Lorne and is only a 100 metre walk to the beach.
It is a 3 level house with 3 separate living areas, 2.5 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms that sleeps up to a maximum of 10 people. If you require 5 bedrooms for a booking for less than 10 people, you are required to book the whole house as in, book for 10 people, otherwise the extra bedrooms will be locked off but you still have access to all the living areas. Minimum booking is for 6 people in three bedrooms except on long weekends, public holidays & peak season where a booking of 10 guests is required to be able to book the property.
It also features 3 separate deck areas for lounging around or entertaining or if you want to find your own space to read a book or spend some quite time. There is a front loader washing machine in the laundry area and up to 4 car parking spaces under a carport.
It is only a 15 minute walk along the beach to the main town centre and 10 minute walk on a sealed flat footpath to the supermarket.
There is also an abundance of wild life that visit our property such as cockatoos, parrots, kookaburras and the odd kangaroo.
It is a short drive to Erskine or Sheoak Falls and there are some lovely bush walking tracks close by, along with Teddy's lookout with spectacular views overlooking the ocean and surrounding bushland.
