Upstairs the large second living area and games room is a highlight. With a pool table, 65 inch TV, Foxtel Premium, and Netflix powered by unlimited wifi and loads of games and puzzles this space has it all.

From the upper-level wrap around deck, you can catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. Perfect place to read the newspaper or a book in the morning sunshine with your coffee.

The second bedroom on this upper level has a queen bed and the bunk room has tri-bunks, double lower bunk and single upper bunk (sleeps 3) as well as two desks/workspaces. With split system heating and cooling, a wood fire, and heaters and ceiling fans in every bedroom and living area, you can enjoy this property all year round.

Wander around the garden paths and explore. Read a book quietly in the pergola, hang upside down on the monkey bars, and swim in the indoor, heated swimming pool. This over 1000sqm property is fully fenced, with electronic gates for ease of access, and undercover carport parking for four cars.
