Unique Country Barn Studio

NOTE: This is a relatively new space for us. Some aspects of the space may not yet have been worked out yet simply because we don't yet have experience with this space. We do know that there is a small roof leak that only seems to happen during a heavy rain. If you choose to rent this space, you do so knowing this issue and agreeing that it will not effect your reviews. As a SuperHosts, we have lots of hosting experience (just check our reviews) and will do our very best to provide a super experience in this unique space. Part of that is letting you know these details about this space.

With the Barn Studio being part of the Barn it is not completely sealed so there will be some bugs, insects, spiders etc in the space. We do our best to limit them as much as possible but inevitably there will be some.

Our Country Barn Studio is about as unique as they come. Get out to the country for a night, a weekend, a month or more. Perfect for honeymoons, weddings and lovers of all kinds.

You’ll love our location, full kitchen, wifi internet, 40" 4 Smart TV, three piece bathroom, laundry and more.

Enjoy trails, biking, close to nature and much more. Located about 50 min. from Toronto.

Unique Barn Studio

Located on a working family farm and is tucked away on our private hilltop location and yet just 10 min. from Hwy 400, our space lets you get away from it all while still close to all you need.

The space is an open concept Studio located in our barn; and it feels like a barn in all the right ways. High ceilings, rustic wood, black pipe, but oh so modern.

It includes full kitchen facilities, one incredibly comfy Eurotop Queen Bed with access to the great outdoors that also features a BBQ and picnic table(seasonal)

The kitchen features high-end appliances, perfectly suited for the studio including medium size fridge and freezer , convection oven with induction cook top, overhead microwave and large sink. A toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, plus pots, pans and most everything you'll need for cooking.

Entertainment includes a large 40" TV with Chromecast, free access to Netflix.

The washroom features a grand 5' x 3' full height shower with rain head, elegant toilet, and beautifully vanity with lighted mirror. Here you will also find the and full laundry facilities with stacked washer and dryer.

The Barn Studio is part of our Barn Event Venue giving optional access to the barn meeting space. Access to this space is priced differently. Feel free to ask for details.

Looking for a longer term stay? We are open to stays of a week, a month or more. Long term stays are seasonal (Nov to May) as we host event in our Barn and use the Barn Studio as our event kitchen. Send us an inquiry for the dates for which you are looking.

In keeping with our property's "green" ethos and giving it some rustic chic, we feature our own barn board walls (taken from the barn renovation project from a few years ago) in the washroom. The barn also features 40 KW of solar panels on the roof

The space features a super comfy queen bed plus a pretty-comfy (i won't lie) fold down double size futon and two fold down futon chairs that come together to be another double size futon to accommodate a maximum of 4

We do allow pets on a selective basis. There is additional pet cleaning fee of $40. If you interested in bringing a pet, please note the pet type and size in your inquiry and add your pet to your reservation request.

This space is not designed for toddlers as the kitchen has low open shelves that toddler can get into

There is no smoking allowed in or around the barn studio.

This is a "green" property featuring 60 KW of solar electricity generation supplying this green energy to the electricity grid. We have also done extensive green building projects on the property including a home addition to the property's century farm house using many strategies and products that significantly reduce our carbon foot print and reduce our energy usage.

Note that the space is not by a lake or river and does not have a pool or other area to swim.
