Welcome to The Beach House. This completely remodeled 1,400 sq foot apartment is just five blocks from the beach and provides great spaces for entertainment. The design, decor, and amenities have all been chosen to provide comfort and an unparalleled vacation experience. This is a buzzing restaurant district with lots of food options for all preferences, from authentic Puerto Rican Food at Roots on Loiza Street to Italian at Bocca Restaurant just up the block. The house is centrally located in the Ocean Park neighborhood, just minutes from Condado.
This property has 3 separate apartments. This is the largest unit located downstairs, which includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining table, fully equipped, and multiple seating areas that are exclusive for this unit. We have two additional apartments on this property. One is on the back of the property a 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and the second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All units have individual entrances and are completely independent of each other.

In the description it was advertised that there was a hot tub on the property, and there was none. The check in process was confusing and the wrong code was given in instructions. One of the rooms A/C and light stopped working…..

Good spot in an up and coming neighborhood

Stayed with family (8 people) and had a smooth stay. We had a couple minor issues at first but they were quickly resolved by the property manager, who was very responsive. He also let us checkin a bit early and provided an extra parking spot while it was unused, which was very helpful given the busy neighborhood. Lots of fun things to do nearby and the house itself was clean, spacious and very air conditioned. The highway is also very close for easy access to everything. It is worth noting that it is an up and coming neighborhood with some rough looking spots but we always felt safe so looks can be deceiving. Overall, a great experience and would recommend it for a large group.

A fine spot for a quick stay. Cleaners were there 2 hours past our check in time and there was a water outage which led to only trickling water for hours.

It has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and plenty of outdoor space for groups. Even though we have two more units in this property, each apartment offers privacy and space for all.
