Super spacious with the outdoor / indoor balcony-room + fully fitted with everything you’ll need.
There is a 1x free security parking with the apartment.
So close to everything, you can leave the car & leave it behind with the CBD literally at your doorstep.

We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
The apartment is literally a minute walk to the centre of Queen Street Mall, surrounded by retail shopping, cafes + restaurants at your doorstep & walk, public transport or electric scooter to anywhere.
Suitable for singles, couples, professional or a small family… you can use the apartment as home, kick back, cook a meal, wash your clothes with the laundry + the indoor / outdoor balcony room makes the apartment massive at over 50m2.
Enjoy a sleep in, or watch a movie in the comfy King bed, curl up on the couch, chill on the bean bags with Netflix, Foxtel + unlimited WiFi or simply stare into space at the amazing view all around…
