Completely Remodeled Executive 4 bd/3 ba Home in highly sought after North Valley San Jose. On a cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers formal living room and dining, family room, one downstairs bedroom and full bath, and three upstairs bedrooms including the master suite. This centrally located property has just been completely renovated with finely appointed details including soft designer color, wood tile flooring, light granite and quartz counters, custom wood cabinetry, new blinds throughout, plush carpet in bedrooms and upstairs, mirrored closet sliders, new lighting throughout including track lighting on high ceiling, new HVAC system, interior and exterior paint with dark bronzed door handles, stamped concrete driveway and rear patio, new sod in back yard. Large master bedroom has double door entry and behind custom hanging privacy glass slider is the master bath which features new quartz counters over custom vanity, new lighting and mirror with large glass shower enclosure and quartz bench, a walk-in closet and private toilet room.

The large rear patio makes for great outdoor living space with new sod and plants. Property is closely situated to Costco, Sprouts, Starbucks, Banking, restaurants, shopping, and transportation including quick access to 880, 680 and 101 freeways, and in the neighborhood of the San Jose Municipal Golf Course.

Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard.

ACCESS
The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest.

KITCHEN
The kitchen should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels.

BATHROOMS
There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach.

PARKING
Guests may park in the garage, driveway or on the street. Please make note of any posted parking restrictions.

ENTERTAINMENT
The home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi and an HD Smart TV. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services accounts.

HEATING/COOLING
This home is equipped with heat and AC.

BARBECUE (BBQ) GRILL
Barbecue (BBQ) grill available upon request. Guests are responsible for cleaning grill before and after use, and for refilling propane tanks for their use if empty. We offer a clean and refuel service for $75 with 3 business days notice.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACE
This home is professionally disinfected between every reservation.

~~ All our homes feature keyless entry and unattended self-check-in
~~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air
~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean
~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant
~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc.
~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blankets

EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS
Pack-N-Play (PNP) available upon request with 3 business days notice. IMPORTANT: Guests should bring their own bedding for the PNP.

Upon advance request and approval, we can arrange to have the following items added to your reservation for your stay. The flat fees for these items are as follows:

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.

BOOKING POLICIES
* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.
* Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website.
* Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee.
* Host collects a refundable $750 security deposit, which is refunded (less damages/policy violations) within 14 days after departure. 

HOUSE RULES + EXTRA CHARGES
* No smoking (anything). Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal.
* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. Reservation may not be sublet. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages.
* No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing.
* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Noise complaints from neighbors at any hour will result in $300 charge per complaint, eviction after second complaint.
* No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide, or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused.
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages.
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation. 
* Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.)
* Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250.
* In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.

A decent area nice home but needs Attention to detail. Cleaning,Stair case and walls wiped down stove top does not get hot enough to cook out door patio set needs to be replaced so you can sit outside And tssiue paper in all bathrooms clean sheets on all beding floors need to be mopped with hot water and lemon pinesal the hole house was dusty.
