Main Level: Spacious open floor: Living/Dining/ and Fully-equipped Kitchen. Bedroom (1) with QueenSize bed. Shared Full-Bathroom w/ glass enclosure shower. Screened Courtyard with Private Pool and sitting area. Pool area half-bath.

Upper Level: Great Master Bedroom (1) with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (2) w/ KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (4) w/ two TwinSize beds. Bedroom (5) w/ Bunkbed (Twin over Full). Loft with sitting & entertainment area. Shared Full Bathroom. Washer/Dryer room.

Windsor at Westside Resort is a Mediterranean-themed community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: a spectacular clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, an arcade & Sundries Shop, and a full service concierge & activities director.
Outdoor recreation includes a Volleyball Court and Multi-purpose Sports Courts, Children's Playground, Resort-style Pool with a Lazy River, Tiki Bar & Spa.
The resort is located on Westside Blvd. just off US 192, giving it easy access to the major highways and a short drive distance to attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options.

This two-story townhome provide seamless accommodation for up to 12 guests that can fit within its suites and rooms.

Cheerfully decorated in grey & white with bright yellow accents, this contemporary vacation townhome invites both families and groups of friends to spend a great time of fun and joy.
The main level presents a spacious open floor plan where a state-of-the-art kitchen merges with the dining-living area with splendid view to the private screened patio with pool. Guests can find this to be the perfect spot to sit & relax after a day full of activities. There is a half-bath by the pool area.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and features a QueenSize bed while sharing a full-bathroom with glass enclosure shower.

The upper level consists of a well-suited loft with a comfortable couch where guests can enjoy movie nights.
There are two luminous suites with views to the pool area. The great suite features a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom with double sink and glass enclosure shower. The other also has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower.
On the oposite side of these two suites there are the other two bedrooms with front view. Both of them are decorated with a kids' theme, one with two TwinSize beds and the other with a Bunkbed (Twin over Full).
There is a full bathroom with double sink and bathtub that is shared by the kids' bedrooms. The Washer/Dryer room is also in this floor.

Professionally Cleaned, High Touch Surfaces Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Clothes are Washed w Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. Cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning time. During Pre Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay!

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.
