This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has high speed internet and a split floor plan. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with linen closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, TV for your Roku or Fire stick, and ensuite full bathroom with linen closet. The bright kitchen looks into the living room and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, and Keurig. The living room features new flooring and furniture (2023), new Smart TV, and dining area. Enjoy breakfast in the pleasant morning sunlight on the rear balcony (currently under construction).
Every evening, stroll with a cocktail down to the private bay beach to put your feet in the sand, have a seat by the pool, or find a tiki table to sit at and enjoy the amazing view of each unique sunset over Boca Ciega Bay. An the beach, see boats, birds, and the occasional dolphin & manatee. Meet Ozzie and Harriet, our resident ospreys in their impressive nest across from the tennis courts. The condo is steps away from one of Bermuda Bay's two pools. The "family pool" is new (2022) and is great for exercising or relaxing after a game of tennis or pickle ball on the adjacent courts. For more of a social scene, head to the front bay pool which overlooks the beach along with the spa & small putting green. Both pools are heated in the winter. And since you're just a few minutes from the best gulf beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and towels are provided in your condo!
