The Space:
This 1,112 sq ft condo/townhome sleeps up to 9 guests and is perfect for a family traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The condo is located in a large resort community called Vista Cay by Millenium is one of the best condo resorts in the area because they specialize in premium, personalized service with modern amenities. You’ll be greeted as if you were in a resort. The moment you arrive, a concierge and front desk staff are at your service.

The main spaces of the condo:

- A private 4th-floor balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or nice views of the resort.

- Open-plan living room with comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. There's direct access from the living room to the balcony.

- There's a dining room area with a table that can seat four people for a nice sit-down meal at home (and no need to tip a wait staff!) There's a peek-in window between the kitchen and dining area which is great for serving meals.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you'd need to prepare meals at home! Even the essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning perk up and a dishwasher for easy cleanups!

- 3 bedrooms (plus a bonus/extra space!) and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 9 as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 3: 1 Double/full (bottom) + 1 Single/twin (top) bunk bed
Bonus/extra space (inside a big walk-in closet) = 1 bunk bed

- Washer/dryer in the unit.

- Wi-Fi and cable, bed linens, and towels are provided complimentary during your stay.

The Vista Cay Resort community is only minutes from the famous Walt Disney World Complex and many of the other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. The condo is also conveniently located within a short drive to major superstores such as Walmart and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The condo is in a family-friendly community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. It’s a warm relaxing getaway place.

Vista Cay offers incredible resort-style amenities like a clubhouse, pools, poolside bar, BBQ pits and picnic tables, a theater room, an arcade and game room, billiard tables, kids splash pool and playground, a fitness center, sports courts, a sundries shop, and an awesome two-mile jogging trail along the lake. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. And shared guest access to all the resort amenities!

The Neighborhood:
The condo inside Vista Cay resort community (which has 24/7 gated security) is perfectly located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! You'll find resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

- A clubhouse with 2 pools, pool bar, gym, sports court, arcade, and two-mile jogging path around the lake.
- Personal concierge and front desk staff to handle any requests.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Club.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (just check your mobile map apps, however, if driving as driving time varies depending on the time of day) and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and shopping malls (with approx distance from the home):

Other Things to Note:
1 out of 2 pools is currently out of service until January 2025.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

* This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.

There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.

There is no daily housekeeping service should you require cleaning services that can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad. All access codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
