The gardens give a sense of being on your own little tropical island and provide a tranquil oasis to relax in after a day at the beach or out on the water. There is also a heat pump now to keep things warm in winter.
At the front of the property the open plan living flows out onto a deck with a relaxing outlook to the Brynderwyn hills. At the rear, bifold windows and a single door off the kitchen open to another deck and barbecue area. This rear area also boasts an outdoor fire, water wall and reflection deck and there is an outdoor hot shower and also an outdoor bath now with plumbed hot water.
Perfect for two families with space to spread out and do your own thing and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones cant wander. There is off-street parking for two cars and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
