The 4 bedrooms offer a great deal of space and smart bed configuration - assuring a great choice of sleeping spots for every member of your crew: 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring a garden tub and separate showers - one King bedroom, and one Queen bedroom, both with TVs and a nice size walk-in closets. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds and TVs.Try to fight the urge to turn off the alarm clock in the morning when it's time to prep for the theme parks... or don't fight the urge at all and enjoy a day in. If you're just looking for four walls, a bed, and a bathroom - this is not the home for you. It would be a shame to neglect the comforts this home affords, and the luxuries of a true Central Florida getaway at its best!

In case you want to whip up a genuine Florida treat like Key Lime Pie, one of your family's home-cooked favorites, or even if you want to splurge on a personal in-home chef - you'll love the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, oven, and all crockery and cutlery. The breakfast nook is ideal for informal dining, while the more formal dining room is the ideal choice for a family style sit down dinner.

Your backyard view is absolutely one for your Instagram account! Backed onto an open conservation area that meets a mature wooded lot, the oversized pool deck provides a great spot for sun-worshipping, dining poolside, or simply splashing the day away. Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool with spa is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool and spa heating is offered for an additional fee of $40 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool and spa heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
