Private balcony, beautiful view, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a Queen size foldout couch. Living room has a large 4k Samsung smart TV with a Nintendo Switch console, DVD player, board games, poker set, and stereo system. Living room furniture is BRAND NEW (11/2021). All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

First time to the area.

This property was perfectly suited for what we were looking for. We were looking for a place large enough for two adults and two almost adult children. This place was the size, price and location we were looking for. It is clean, quiet and good location to the beach.

Wonderful condo!

I booked this condo for a bachelorette trip and everyone loves it! The common space was great for eating and hanging out. The location was perfect, every activity we did was within 15 minutes of the condo. The beach access was so close and they had a shuttle service for the boardwalk. The host was great and answered any of my questions quickly through the app! I would definitely stay here again if I was going to stay a weekend in hilton head.

Very Comfortable and Clean!

This place was a great experience! The hardest part of the whole stay was getting there after dark and not figuring out what door to go in. But once I figured it out everything was great! The beds were comfortable and towels And linens were soft. The hot tub was so nice and everyone there was super nice! I would definitely stay again! Bonus points for auto ice maker in the freezer!!!

Clean and excellent location!

It was very easy to check in.The condo was spacious and clean just like in the description. The location was excellent in which it is located in building 3 having a indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, especially nice during the winter. It was also not a very long walk through boardwalk to the beach. Host was very responsive to questions. Definitely will be back when there's a chance.

Great for families with kids

This property is great in colder months and for families with kids. The indoor pool, hot tub, game room, etc. are right outside the condo door. For the same reason, it may not be the right place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The beach is about a half mile walk, but the walk is comfortable and scenery is pretty.Host provides bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Pull-out sofa bed is broken on one end but slept okay.Overall, the price was right, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Hilton Head Winter Weekend

Stayed here with my wife and kids for a long weekend in December while in Hilton Head celebrating Christmas with extended family. Easy check in and parking, Nicolas communicated well and had everything set up for us. Would agree with a few other commenters that navigation of the condo building can be a little confusing at first, but after you have done it once it is easy. Other pros and cons from our visit:Pros-Great location and the boardwalk access to the beach was great (about 10 minute walk).Towels, linens, beach toys and wagon provided.Indoor pool, hot tub, walking track were great in the winter.Small, but nice well stocked kitchen and coffee bar.Easy and strong WiFi connection.Cons-Indoor pool area noise is pretty audible in the unit from just after 7am until 11pm daily. Double bed room stays pretty bright at night due to window on pool area.Couch in living room was pretty worn out. Other furniture in good shape.If the four of us showered in a close timeframe, we’d run out of hot water.Not nearly enough hooks and places to hang wet stuff for a beach/pool condo.Operation of living room tv was confusing at first too, but we figured it out.TV in double bed room blurred at top.Our cons are pretty nit-picky, may bother some more than others, and are outweighed by our pros. Would stay here again.

Love the beach access!!

This place was a great value, great location, had everything we needed and the owner had great communication. The walk to the beach was beautiful. So peaceful. About a .5 mile walk but it’s across a beautiful bridge, so I loved the walk. Highly recommend

Fun place for families with a great owner!

I was very impressed that the owner worked with me when we had to change our reservation plans and even refunded one of the nights that we couldn't stay! It was a very nice beach, and having the indoor pool and hot tub was great since it was October! Thanks Nicolas!

Close to pickleball, golf, beach and shopping

In town for a pickleball tournament. Condo was a quick drive to courts, groceries, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Nice place, good shower, comfortable beds, kitchen size appropriate for quick meal prep. Location basically at the entrance to HH.

Great Girls Getaway!

The girls in my family took a quick trip to Hilton Head. We have visited Hilton Head before but not at this resort. The room was great for what we needed. The boardwalk to the beach was not a terrible walk. There was plenty of parking and we enjoyed the pools and tennis courts. The wagon was especially helpful in hauling our beach stuff. We brought chairs/umbrella, but there are chairs at the condo and plenty of beach toys. Even though the unit opens to the indoor pool, it was not noisy at night. Close to shopping and dining!

Nice accommodations for short visit

Our family stayed in this condo for five nights. We have children ages 15, 12, and 9. We are a fit family so walking two and from the beach or boardwalk was not difficult, but for those who may struggle it is important to know that you will walk .1 mile to get to boardwalk shuttle and if you walk the boardwalk to the beach it will be a total of .4 of a mile. The condo owner provides a beach wagon to make this trip easy. Not a big deal to us, but there is no playground on site that we saw. Due to the high heat in the summer we would not have used the playground or tennis court. Just too hot. You will definitely want to pack your own beach towels, sand toys and beach chairs. Their are chairs to rent on the beach, but it could get expensive renting daily. The food options on site are nice to have as well as bar options for a refreshment. The outdoor large pool was a favorite of ours. The only other thing I would note that could not be changed, but some might want to know is that this unit opens up to the indoor pool. The second bedroom is on the same wall and so there can be a lot of noise at nighttime due to the guests in the pool. The pool is open until 11:00. 2 out of the 5 nights we found to be quite loud. Again, no fault of owner, but something to consider. Lastly, one suggestion for the owner is room darkening shades for both bedrooms. Overall, a nice, clean place to rest your head while you stay in this beautiful place.

Nicely Updated Condo

Loved the upgrades like granite countertops. Lots of space made us feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Property had lots of amenities which is great for families. Host responded quickly to questions. Perfect for a quick getaway.

The Condo was very organized and clean, the indoor pool was nice for when you had enough sun but still wanted to swim. The staff at the pool etc were very friendly. Would stay again. Best of all was the ocean and easy to get too.

This BEAUTIFUL property is located at one of my favorite spots in Hilton Head. Only a short walk from the beach, this property provides the best HH beach experience without breaking the bank. The Hilton Head resort itself has indoor/outdoor pool areas, tennis courts, and workout facilities. This property has a relaxing private outdoor porch with a view of one of the many lagoons and the sound of its fountain. When you want to head to the beach, there is a short ~0.25 mile walk to the beach across the beautiful boardwalk. During the summer the resort also offers free golf cart rides across the boardwalk as well, if you don't care to walk. Right at the end of the boardwalk is an amazing local restaurant/bar "Coco's on the Beach", bathrooms, and a volleyball court. Then the recently updated beach follows close after. The beach has been recently dredged to bring up new sand to make the experience that much better.
