This 1,328 sq ft 2-story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is magically custom-themed for guests’ delight and enjoyment and is perfect for a family or group of friends traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The townhome is located in the West Lucaya Village Resort, a beautiful community that offers fantastic resort-style amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room, game room, playroom, lounge areas, and business center. The area is also located close to major shopping areas, outlet malls, restaurants, and other world-renowned attractions.

The West Lucaya Village Resort is only minutes from the famous Walt Disney World Complex and many of the other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. The home is also conveniently located within a five-minute drive to major superstores such as Walmart and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The townhome is in a family-friendly resort community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. It’s a warm relaxing getaway place.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

- A clubhouse with a pool, game room, playroom, fitness center & TV lounge areas.
- Acres of nature to walk or jog around in! Soak in views of Florida’s lush greenery everywhere.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out.
- Great golfing in the area. Polo Park or Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Clubs to name a few.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the West Lucaya Village Resort community. The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

Wi-Fi, TVs with cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay. WE DON'T PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you'd like the places cleaned, that service can be requested for an additional fee.

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply condiments like oil, sugar, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You'll need to purchase what you need.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, ONE trash bag in each trash can, and ONE roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Just please note that these are not be replenished during your stay. When you run out, you'll need to purchase more.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
