On the ground level you have access to another spacious lounge that opens out to a lovely sunny court yard where you can relax and plan your days adventures. Additional features include a kitchenette, two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and quality bed linen. An additional bathroom and laundry area is located in the internal access garage. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

All information provided without needing to ask for it. Easy check in with lockboxes and detail provided via email. Accommodation was clean and tidy, very well equiped with basics like rubbish bags, toilet paper, oil, s&p, heaps of various cutlery. Accommodation was in an awesome spot near walkway along coast, super close to skate park for our kids. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning view

We enjoyed our stay here, the view was spectacular. The lift was a great bonus for moving heavy suitcases from the garage to upstairs. The beds comfortable, but the apartment was hot, even though the temperature was only 22 degrees. The air conditioning is only provided in the lounge room, leaving the bedrooms very hot. A few pedestal fans would certainly help. The towels from the previous tenants were in the washing machine, not clean, I guess missed by the cleaner. I don’t understand why a clothes drier isn’t provided, especially given guests are probably only there for a few nights, trying to get your clothes dry on an airer can take a couple of days especially in rainy weather. We’ve encountered this in a few “holiday homes” on our travels this time. Overall the home is beautiful.
