Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor, with gated access to guests. Tennis Court, Community Pool, Outdoor Grill Area, Sits quietly on the ocean with a great view of Watts Island. Kayaking available as well as boating, fishing, tidepools. Great area with large sandy beach to the ocean. Quite & peaceful at the end of the Grand Strand. Can see N Carolina buoy from balcony. The only restrictions for visiting guest are ..No Motorcycles or pets are allowed.

We haven’t been to the beach in 11 years! A much needed get away. We have only stayed at this gated community when we have visited in past & love it. First time at this unit. Very clean & views are awesome! Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Beach very private & never crowded. Great for family with small children. Bring your own beach chairs & umbrella as they are not provided. Also, there is no longer lounge chairs at the pool. We used our beach chairs at pool. If you are flying here to stay you will not have these items provided. Looking forward to coming back!!

Great condo. beautiful views. Only downside no chairs at the pool. The neighbor said the condo association got rid of them during Covid and still haven’t bought them back. But the beach was wonderful so didn’t use the pool

Very clean and well equipped. Much attention to details of your stay needs … even had a bag of ice in the freezer with working ice maker. Only thing missing is a Keurig. Great place. Beautiful views!

Best of both worlds
We enjoyed our stay as it sits right between the beachside and the marsh side. It’s like two destinations in one. Bring your kayaks to explorer the marsh. Bring your boogie board to enjoy the ocean. The condo is well kept and well appointed. It’s best feature is the every morning sunrise across the dunes viewed from the 2nd story balcony with a cup of coffee.

Perfect for Family Vacay
We had a wonderful time staying here! It was super clean, we loved the gated condos, the owners were very responsive, and we loved the location. The beach was much less crowded versus being where all the high rise condos are, we also enjoyed swimming in the inlet when the ocean was rough one day. It was nice to have the best of both worlds! The pool was clean and everyone at the condo we saw was very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Anniversary place to stay
Loved the place, the balcony overlook the inlet and beach was great, we saw the sun rise every morning, condo was clean and in a good location,Janet and Jay responded to our text, even though we only needed them for where to put the keys when we left.This was our 40th anniversary and it was perfect. Quick to the beach, short walk, the inlet was just about the same for fishing.Bed comfortable and all amenities were there,,,, yes we will be back !!

Beautiful Condo and View, Wide, Sparsely Populated Beach
This is the second year we’ve rented this condo, having returned bc of the perfectly clean and comfortable condo, the quiet location, the unmatched, fabulous view of the inlet and ocean, and the beautiful beaches with few people on them. The pool is also clean and extremely nice. Parking in front of condo is very easy, and gated entrance makes it private. The deck/balcony was perfect for reading, for sitting and watching the ocean, and for enjoying a cool breeze at dusk. It’s also very close to restaurants and grocery. The owners are very responsive and want their guests to love this home away from home. Thank you to Janet and Jay Burch. We’ll be back next year!

Million dollar view
First time using VRBO in a long time. Janet and Jay were great to work with and were quick to answer all my crazy questions. The condo was wonderful. You can't beat the amazing view. So quiet and peaceful. Thirty years coming to the area and we've never had such a relaxing vacation. Access to the beach and inlet is so close. Gated entrance was nice for extra security. Condo was well stocked with all the essentials and clean. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking for a restful vacation!

Cherry Grove Vacation
We loved it. Great location, close to the ocean and close to the inlet. The beach was so wide and uncrowded at low tide. Awesome unit, well decorated, well maintained and well stocked. Sunrise views were fantastic from the balcony. Jay and Janet were awesome hosts. Answered all my questions quickly. Inlet Point Villas (a gated complex) was a very nice place to stay and would highly recommend this unit. 15 D. We had a wonderful vacation. Thanks Janet and Jay!

I will have to say I had been coming to myrtle Beach for many years and this is the best stretch of Beach anywhere when I the tide goes out the wade poolside leave is great for kids and they can play with ease just a wonderful place inside and out very clean beautiful inside and host was great we will be back
