Our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo has all the luxuries of home with an ocean point unit view. Come relax on our huge deck with access from the den, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
North Topsail Beach is the perfect place for a vacation. This luxury 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is the ultimate vacation getaway with miles of sandy beaches along the Atlantic ocean. The large balcony has rockers and furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze while overlooking the pool and beach with unobstructed views. Relax and enjoy the sun!
The Master bedroom has a king bed with a seating area overlooking the ocean. The Master bath has two vanities and a heated jacuzzi jet tub.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a pullout single chair mattress with direct access to the ocean view deck. The bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower/tub.
The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom.
The family room has recliners to sit and enjoy the views of the ocean or some movies.

Beach Birthday

This condo is the nicest one my husband and I have stayed in using the VRBO app. Pictures don’t do it justice. Its decor is lovely and inviting. You feel at home the moment you walk in. The beds are comfortable, there were tons of pillows, and more than enough towels to accommodate our group. The view is by far THE best feature of the condo, and where we spent most of our time, even when it was chilly outside. The hosts, Scott and Shelly have thought of everything, and are very responsive should you have any questions or need anything. What a great trip! We cannot wait to return.

A perfect vacation

I stayed with my partner and our children for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the condo itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Great location, comfortable condo

We were really big fans of the location within Ship Watch of this condo and loved its proximity to the water. Everything was clean and seemed new. There wasn’t a ton of extra kitchen supplies but there’s enough to make a good dinner and the coffee maker was great! We weren’t in need of anything while we were there and had a great time. Bring your own amenities like body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent. They had hand soap and dish detergent for us. Check out was easy as well! I’d recommend this condo!

Perfect!

The condo had everything we could want for a perfect beah vacation. The location is perfect - right on the ocean, with a beautiful view and the relaxing sound of the waves everywhere. The decor was lovely and perfect for our group - a bright, fun room for our tween; a soft, muted suite for the parents; and a quieter room down the hall for the littles who still need their naps. Scott and Shelly went above and beyond as hosts, checking in the make sure we had everything we needed. They are wonderful hosts with an amazing condo!

Beautiful condo and amazing vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was beautifully renovated and decorated, and had everything we needed for the week! The unit was incredibly clean when we arrived. The owners even supplied beach chairs and other supplies which really cut down on what we had to pack in our car! The owners were very communicative and checked in with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The beach was beautiful, and I really enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony with my morning coffee. We will definitely return to this condo and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect view and access to the beach

We spend at least 1 summer week in Topsail every year. Typically we stay at a beach front house but this time we stayed at a beach front condo. The views in the pictures provide for the property are accurate. The unit is on the second floor with the pool to your left and the beach right in front. This elevator building is well maintained and fairly well equipped. The 2 charcoal grills at the end of the parking lot near the dumpsters is worth skipping. However, everything else is pretty good. Entering the condo we were greeted with fresh flowers and some chocolates. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. Detailed instructions for the internet, parking passes, etc were easy to follow. We cooked every day and found the kitchen well equipped. Bring your own spices, olive oil and other cooking needs. They provide the basics to get you started. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels plentiful and clean. They also provide beach chairs, boggie boards and umbrellas. The beach stuff was in good shape with a couple of items that failed to the weather. The owner said the salt air and wind are tough on these items but the had extras in the storage bin so all was fine. We had brought our own beach stuff just in case. The tap water is drinkable. We are planning on renting this property again.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay in North Topsail Beach was awesome! We were looking for a place with great view steps from the beach and this condo fit that perfectly. Scott was very welcoming and the communication was great. The condo itself was top notch, comfortable and clean. Only a few miles from the grocery store and all needed necessities, about 20 minutes from Surf City, we enjoyed the beach but also were able to take in some sights! We hope to be back again soon!

Lovely condo right on the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our first trip to Topsail beach. The specific location is excellent. The unit faces both ocean and pool, and you can be on the beach in a couple minutes. We spent lots of time on the balcony when we weren't playing at the beach. The condo is situated at a prime spot on the island too, nice location on North Topsail, while some of the condos further north are affected by crazy levels of beach erosion with water right up to the property. The condo was clean and comfortable, met all of our needs, and had a great layout for us to share with our kids and bring along grandparents. The beds were all comfortable too, which has not been the case for us at many beach rentals! One specific aspect of this property, which could be a plus, neutral, or negative depending on your views, is that there are religious/biblical elements to every room (decor, available reading materials, etc). Owner was friendly and communicative during our stay. It was a great week!

Perfect beach stay!

All of the positive reviews about this property are accurate. The location really is perfect for easy beach access. This property accommodated our group of 5 adults and two teens well. We couldn't have been happier. Two things that might help others planning a beach trip (neither is a negative, just something to know): 1. there isn't any recycling at the property, and if that's important to you, plan to haul it out with you and 2. if you plan to meet up with other family or friends, there is limited on-site parking. There is however, plenty of nearby beach access parking.

Topsail Island Vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful The property owners were also super. They texted often to be sure we were OK and to ask if we needed anything. They answered every question we had. The condo had everything we needed and the 3 full bathrooms were so great. Made getting ready for dinner so fast. We rate this condo the BEST we have ever had. Very roomy for our family of 7 and super clean. It was decorated so pretty and was just an overall great choice. Pool was awesome and the beach was right in front of our unit which gave us awesome views. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Beyond our expectations!

This condo was so nice, and completely surpassed our expectations for a vacation rental. The unit is very clean and the finishes are high end. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and they really enjoyed the large oceanfront porch. My grown kids were also on the trip, and really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The views from the unit are amazing. The rooms are spacious, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is on the small side, but had everything you could ever need to cook on vacation. The owners were very attentive and responsive, even checking on us a few times during the trip. I highly recommend this rental, and hope we can return in the future.

Graduation Getaway

We hadn't been to the beach since Covid broke out. So when my daughter was getting ready to graduate high school she wanted to come back to North Topsail for vacation. After the stress of exams it was so nice to see the kids unwind. Scott's condo was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. We look forward to coming back in two years when my youngest daughter graduates.
