This spectacular, newly re-furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo located on the 8th floor in the South Tower at Sea Watch. It features flat-screen LCD TVs in every bedroom and living room, 2 DVD players, free fast wireless internet, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and best of all - this is a corner unit with INCREDIBLE 180-degree views of the ocean and pools! Furthermore, this is one of the few condos that have CEILING FANS in every room which are so nice after a hot day in the sun. Enjoy your coffee in the morning at the table on the balcony while listening to the ocean and watching your kids in the pool. Your vacation awaits you!

PARKING: Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed at this rental property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles and the parking pass must be displayed in the window at all times. There are no refunds for parking restrictions at this rental property during your stay.

WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered. In the event of such an evacuation order, the renter is still financially responsible for all rental days that the evacuation does not cover. For example, if an evacuation is ordered for the fourth day of your visit, you are still responsible for the other 3 days of your one-week rental (regardless of weather conditions). Another great week in this condo

This was our 4th time booking this condo and we couldn't have been happier with it. The location at SeaWatch and this unit are perfect for families. The view from the balcony is spectacular as well. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. The condo is exactly as advertised and comes with everything you need for your stay. This is is by far our favorite place in MB and plan to be back again!

My family had a great time. We loved our welcome gift. The resort was great, lot of activities, pools and hot tubs. The firework show was great. The condo was cleaned. We had plenty of space. Everything was as advertised from the listing.

A Perfect Week

Another amazing week at this condo. Love everything about it. Fully stocked kitchen and beach amenities - buckets and shovels to beach chairs and beach games and bags to carry them. The lovely decor and nice furniture made everyone comfortable and happy! The large table and chairs allowed all of us to gather for laughs, games (also fully stocked) and relaxation. The deck chairs were perfect and made the view clear and more breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back next year! Mike was excellent to work with and was very prompt with any of my questions. He’s the best!

Best views in all of Myrtle Beach

This was our fourth year in a row staying at Sea Watch and every year has exceeded our expectations BUT this was by far our best stay yet! Mike made everything seamless from the time we booked right up to check in, he was very responsive and accommodating! This unit was perfect, from the incredible sunrise views every morning while everything we needed for a great vacation was included, from kitchen ware, appliances, linens and bedding were excellent, and the décor is very well done throughout the unit! Our guests this year were left very impressed by the room and the resort itself and our family did not want to leave. Side notes: Arcadian Shores golf course was a disappointment and would not recommend playing there. The greens were literally filled with sand and felt like you were putting on a sand trap, I left after 6 holes! And Toasty's breakfast/lunch is a big NO! Huge thank you again to Mike for the awesome experience from the beginning to the very end of our vacation you exceeded our already very high expectations for Sea Watch Resort! We hope to book with you again in the future and highly recommend to others

Great condo, great location

This was our families second time booking this condo, and everything was great both times. Great location at both within Myrtle Beach and well as within the Seawatch resort. Gorgeous unit , fabulous views, well equipped and comfortable

We’ve stayed at the Seawatch Resort many times, one of our favorite places ! First time in this unit, it was wonderful, and Mike was very accommodating! Perfect vacation

Our stay was perfect and very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as listed and beautiful and the resort was great. The 2 sided balcony views were beautiful and we even saw dolphins one morning. Spacious Myrtle Beach Condo-Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time! This is a beautiful property with fantastic amenities for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was extremely clean & nicely decorated. The owner, Mike, was available for any questions. During our stay there were no issues whatsoever. We would love to stay again. This location in Myrtle Beach is perfect and just a short walk down the beach to Apache Pier.

Ripken Experience

Our baseball team was in town for the Cal Ripken Experience. We stayed @ Seawatch South Towers that is only 20 min away. The kids loved having unlimited access the beach. I would definitely refer this location to anyone playing in the Cal Ripken event.

Family Spring Break

This 3-bedroom condo was great! The location and view was awesome! The place is as beautiful as the pictures on VRBO. The place was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for eating in and the furnishings and decor were really nice and up to date. The owner Mike was a really good communicator. We would not hesitate to go back.

Matches pictures exactly!

This unit at Sea Watch looks exactly like the pictures posted! Very clean, nicely decorated and lots of extra touches. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and usensils. Beach closet with chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas was very helpful. Owner sent a nice welcome text on our travel day and was super responsive to questions via text. The balcony was so relaxing to listen and watch the ocean. Also, the view from the master bedroom is amazing!!
