A group of 12 guests can enjoy this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath beach house with electronic access, 2 on-site vehicle parking spaces and saline, solar heated pool.
Relax on the covered patio and watch the sunset over the horizon waters or the island of Lanai. Enjoy the sunshine, sand, surf and all of Maui’s first-class amenities. The waters out front are perfect for safe shallow swimming, paddleboarding or beginner surf lessons. The beach is located directly out back just on the other side of the beautiful lawn, approximately 50 ft. The beach stretches for miles. You can walk almost to Ma'alaea via gorgeous soft sands. Beach Paradise is walking distance also to over 15 restaurants, plenty of shops and a grocery store. This vacation home is less than 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the heart of Wailea, but with so much happening within 5 minutes of the home, you will never want to leave! Fresh island poke, the Maui Brewery and shave ice available just around the corner!
This fabulous classic Maui beach rental features an impressive interior consisting of open plan living areas, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is central AC or you open the windows and doors to enjoy Maui’s fresh air. Warm tropical wood, neutral colors, and natural fabrics create a restful and relaxing great room which everyone can enjoy. High-speed wireless internet keeps you connected with the outside world or business should you need it. The Great Rooms features a Smart TV with access to over 1000 Internet channels or easy access to Netflix and Prime. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors showcases the stunning views of the tree-lined beach and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Sliding doors on one side of the Great Room lead to a covered lanai overlooking the beach and an expansive County-owned public lawn of shaded palms. Doors on the other side of the Great Room face the pool, opening East to a private and enclosed outdoor area. A private solar heated swimming pool (temperature hovers around 84 degrees, higher if you keep the cover closed) is set amidst island landscaping, surrounded by a small lawn giving the perfect space for quiet relaxation.
The well-equipped kitchen contains everything you need to cook a great meal. From a blender to a bullet, to two refrigerators, wine cooler and plenty of service ware and cookware, this home allows for cocktails, smoothies and gourmet meals. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available. Bring pellets! There is no place on Maui to buy them. Otherwise, there is a coffee maker and four coffee shops within a mile. Guests can dine indoors or al fresco. Inside there is a dining table for 8 plus 4 bar seating. Outside, there is a table for 12. With so many great Maui restaurants, it is hard to imagine eating in. A personal chef will love all the kitchen amenities!
All of the 6 bedrooms are light and airy – nicely furnished and decorated in neutral colors with lively splashes of color. The downstairs master suite is furnished with a King size bed, en-suite bath and indoor and outdoor showers. A Queen guest suite downstairs is slightly removed and private. Located on the opposite end of the house off the kitchen, this suite has a separate entrance and a private bath but no sink (have to use the sink in the powder room 10 feet away. The upstairs master suite has a King size bed and an en-suite bath. On the other side of the upstairs family room from the upstairs Master suite is a Queen oceanfront bedroom sharing a jack/jill bath with the bedroom offering two Twin beds. An additional King bedroom with private living space is located on the second floor with access via a breezeway from the upstairs living space or through a private entrance via stairs from the outside.
Beach Paradise is truly a special and remarkable property. You can easily stay on the property and be completely immersed in the island lifestyle leaving only to paddle, swim or walk the beaches. You can get all your meals by walking. You almost don’t need a car. And for those who decide to venture out, you have the perfect jumping-off point. You have easy access to over 15 different glorious beaches within a 15-minute drive. There are surf spots, hiking trails, and markets all within a short distance. You can take a quick jaunt to Lahaina or Paia or visit the tropical gardens in Wailuku. This property has so much to offer. Beach Paradise lives up to its name. It will be hard for you to leave!

House Rules:
1. Quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM during which time the noise from the short term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short term rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated on-site parking area and shall not be parked on the street.
4. No parties are group gatherings other than registered guest shall occur.
5. There are only 2 guests per bedroom permitted including children over the age of 2.
6. There is a firm max occupancy of 12 guests.
Each guest staying at the property will need to sign a copy of the above House Rules to acknowledge that they have read them and agree to comply.
