Old Mill Grove is a rural holiday home set on a private, four-acre bush block teeming with native trees and local wildlife—don’t be surprised to find kangaroos grazing nearby. The entrance opens into an expansive, open-plan living area where polished concrete floors, high timber-lined ceilings, and natural textures create a warm, earthy ambiance.
The main living area features a large, deep-blue sectional lounge, stylish furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace. Full-height windows allow northern light to stream in, while glass doors lead to the shaded alfresco, where you’ll find a gas BBQ, long timber dining table, outdoor lounge seating, and hammocks—perfect for slow mornings and summer evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 900mm DeLonghi oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, and ample bench space, with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area providing space for everyone to gather.
Beyond the kitchen, a converted garage has been transformed into a lively games room, complete with plush sofas, a massive smart TV, and a table tennis setup.
The bedrooms are split across the home for added privacy. The spacious primary suite includes a walk-in robe and tranquil ensuite with double vanity and large shower. A cosy bunk room sits adjacent—ideal for little ones. Across the house, three further bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans, and built-in robes, each with serene views of the surrounding bush. The large main bathroom includes a soaking tub and a separate shower. A full laundry with generous storage and bench space makes extended stays easy.
Other features include fast Wi-Fi, ample parking, and ceiling fans throughout.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $338. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
