Red Fox Hollow is a vacation getaway to the natural wonders of Clear Creek Metro Park, Hocking Hills and Christmas Rocks. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a fun family trip, to relax with friends, or to reconnect with nature, Red Fox Hollow has it all.

Red Fox Hollow is a beautiful Amish built cabin that backs up to a creek, with an outdoor hot tub and fire pit. It is 10 minutes from Clear Creek Metro Park and Christmas Rocks, and 20 minutes from Cantwell Cliffs and Rockhouse in Hocking Hills.

The cabin is located on 1.39 private acres with a creek, hot tub and fire pit. Due to its remote location, the cabin only has satellite internet so streaming and zoom calls can be difficult. We have a strict no pet policy due to family allergies.

Excellent family vacation location!

My family loved our stay! We were able to connect with nature and re-connect as a family. My kids enjoyed the large selection of board games, exploring the creek, and the fire pit. We also enjoyed being close to Hocking Hills and spent a lot of time hiking the different trails. Excellent family vacation location!

Great Weekend Away

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip away from home! The cabin was beautiful and very homey! Would recommend for families! Communication with the homeowner was great!

Lots of privacy

My girlfriend and I had a great time. We felt like we it was just us the whole time. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the hot tub was fun. The only thing I’d recommend is the internet terrible. Less than 1mbps, 5-6 when it was clear out. Still not good enough to stream. So be prepared. They had good movies to choose from.

Nice, Quiet Stay

It was a nice break from normal life. The house was well stocked with games for our family. We loved the hot tub outside as well as the creek behind the home. Hocking Hills State Park was very close and we spent several days there. Overall, it was a lovely trip.

We Loved Fox Hollow

We had a great stay at Red Fox Hollow for a weekend. Everything was perfect. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The loft was very spacious, kitchen and main area were huge compared to the photos. Fit 7 easily. Also, the hot tub fits 7, not 4! We were pleasantly surprised! Thanks again! Would def book again!

It was a cute spot. The pans could use a replacement. As the frying pans made everything stick. The toilet handle broke. We had to use the inside part of the toilet to flush.

cute getaway spot

Red Fox Hollow is super cute. Everything was advertised yet it was bigger than I thought it would be. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. I did have trouble with the deadbolt lock, but the host responded quickly. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub, but they looked to be in great shape. My friend and I and our kids (3-13) all enjoyed it!

We had a romantic overnight.

Wonderful retreat!

The home was beautiful, inviting, and so enjoyable! The owner has thought of everything! A slice of country paradise with the hot tub, pellet stove, creek, swing…we thoroughly enjoyed coming “home” to rest here after our adventures. It is a bit of drive to any town, so it was so nice to have random spices and condiments if needed, and we had to take advantage of her complimentary toothbrushes for my daughters. I highly recommend the home and the host.

Great place to stay for Hocking Hills

This rental was perfect for visiting all the Hocking Hills area of Ohio has to offer. It was very well appointed, with everything we needed and more. And, it was clean, quiet, and very cute all around. The host was communicative and made it a very easy place to stay.

Very cute and clean

It was very clean and well put together. It was literally a home away from home. The host really thought of everything that would be needed to make the stay convenient and enjoyable! It even snowed one day we were there, and seeing as we're from Florida it made the experience that much more incredible.

Super clean. Nice. Very impressed with how stocked the house was. Plenty of towels. Sheets. Necessities. Kitchen supplies. Coffee w coffee maker. S’mores stuff. Anything we needed, was there. We needed nothing but our personal food. Top 5 Vrbo I’ve stayed.
